"I attempted to take my family for breakfast at 10:20 AM, but the door was locked. One person inside tried to open it, and an employee outside informed us that they didn't open until 10 AM. However, she quickly realized it was already past 10 and said she would go check on things. Meanwhile, four employees were gathered near the door, chatting while we waited outside, feeling quite puzzled. Eventually, a man who seemed to be the manager came out and told us they weren't opening the dining area because they were short-staffed. Ironically, the four employees continued their conversation by the door. Feeling disappointed, we decided to drive to Riverside, where the doors were open, the employees were friendly, and we noticed four staff members actively working in the kitchen. I'm really glad we made that choice; the Riverside location was very clean and welcoming!"

We chose to visit Riverside, where we found the doors wide open. The staff was friendly, and there were four employees working in the kitchen. I'm really glad we made the change; this new location is exceptionally clean and inviting!

The restaurant is absolutely terrible. A video surfaced showing hundreds, if not thousands, of maggots in the kitchen. The servers are either too high to be helpful or quite rude. They often forget items unless you remind them before leaving. Almost all the glowing five-star reviews seem suspiciously fake. I recommend going to a different Taco Bell.

I ordered two breakfast Crunchwraps and a Cinnabon iced coffee. The Crunchwraps were decent, but the iced coffee was served without any ice and at room temperature. It tasted as though it had been prepared for someone else earlier who never picked it up, and instead of making a fresh one, they just handed me a watery, brown beverage. I don't think I’ll be ordering that again! View menu

I don't often give fast food a 5-star rating, and it usually happens when my husband encourages me to, but this place was really great. The food is typical fast food, but we ordered the nachos and my husband even remarked on how generous the portion was. Everything else was spot on as well. It took a little while before they took my order, but once we got started, things moved quickly. The young lady at the window was exceptionally friendly.

We ordered the deluxe box and swapped the chips and cheese for cinnamon twists. However, we had to ask for both the drink and the cinnamon twists. We also requested two quesadillas, but the person taking our order wrote down only one, despite us repeating our request for two multiple times. Unfortunately, we never received the second quesadilla, and the employees seemed indifferent to our order and their duties. It’s disheartening to see such apathy from young workers these days.

I waited over 40 minutes for my order, and when I finally got home, everything was wrong with it. My total came to $45.49, but the food was terrible, leaving my whole family disappointed. To make matters worse, I wasn't given a receipt, so they refused to replace or refund anything. I've reached out to management, but not one person has contacted me about my experience. I've had my fair share of Taco Bell over the years, and I can confidently say this is the worst location I've ever been to. I will NEVER spend another cent here again. View menu

Be cautious when visiting this restaurant! I had an issue with my order when I went through the drive-thru. I informed them of the mistake before I paid or received any food, thinking it would be a quick and easy fix. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The employee took my food to the back and returned to say that his manager wouldn't allow him to correct it because there were too many cars in line. Apparently, two cars were considered too many by this manager (how disappointing). When we finally received our food, it was all unpacked and messy inside the bag.

Angel is the only reason this restaurant deserves a 4-star rating instead of a 1. The person on the intercom mistakenly took my order, which is understandable since everyone makes mistakes. However, I overheard the manager yelling at Angel for correcting my order and telling her that I needed to come in if I wanted anything additional. Despite this, Angel stood her ground and ensured that customers received what they ordered. The manager's behavior is highly toxic and should not be tolerated; they need to be let go. Angel, on the other hand, deserves a raise for her dedication to customer service.

"We decided to try out this spot on a Friday night randomly. I will say they do their best with providing a good atmosphere with the limited space they have. The spacing between the tables makes it a little difficult for the waitresses to get through comfortably. The menu was a little confusing at first as it's two separate pages so we thought we were looking at 2 separate menus. The food was honestly delicious which was nice because I was questioning whether or not it would be and I honestly have no complaints about the food except the lemonade was not great and my wife's water tasted weird. I feel like there could be something done with the space to give it a little more life. I would say the biggest negative of the night was the service. To be fair it seemed like only 1 of the 2 waitresses were really working for some reason. But when we asked for a 2nd menu the waitress that was working slammed down another menu on the table and walked away with no words. When we brought up the issue with her she just said she was busy , no real apology for her action just justification for why she did it and you could tell her frustration the whole night as she seemed to be frantic while serving everyone and she didn't check in much with us, we had to get her attention whenever we needed something. While waiting for our food someone came in for an online order which wasn't ready and the explanation was that the online orders weren't automatic , they get sent to an inbox to where the orders have to be put in manually and that inbox wasn't checked often so the order got put in late and this was the explanation from the other waitress who didn't seem to be doing much. I might give this place another try just because the food was actually really good but I definitely think they need work on their service."
