"Says they close at midnight, employees confirmed they close at midnight, multiple times I’ve orders on the app as early as 10 and get there and they tell me the grills off, they can’t make my food, they’re closing early, and because I’ve ordered on the app I’ve never received the refund. I don’t know if the employees are processing cash refunds or just keeping the food, or just want to close early. Either way the app the managers and the store need to get the hours together. I get it’s late.. I work late it’s the only place open after a certain time in Hendersonville. I would appreciate some consistency and my money back."

Horrible food. Used to be my favorite. All the burritos are mostly a soupy bean mix. They changed the meat and added some type of filler. Place is going down hill.

Workers were very kind at the driveup order speaker, but Did not hear my special request for my granddaughter, who has food allergies , and were not eager to remedy the situation at the window. Basically said , tough luck .Food: 4/5

I would definitely give 0 starts bc I was in here to pick up a doordash for over 20 minutes! The lady asked who I was there for so I told her then she went and sat and talked to someone for like 8 minutes then went to the kitchen to tell them I was there. Beyond annoying

I've had countless bad experiences with this location, but what i really don't understand is the hours. How can google say they are open till 12 AM and Yelp say 2 AM and then i go there at 11 and they are closed? Does anyone know the actual hours of this place. edit: and it says hours updated 2 months and they're still wrong

Came 30 minutes before close after My bout friend and I got off work and was refused service because “it was only 2 people working and 1 of them was in the back cleaning”. Any fast food place I have ever worked it did not matter how many people were working we were not allowed to close early AT ALL. Very unprofessional. Pulled up before 9pm. Was in line for a few minutes waiting on other people to go through the drive thru. They were telling everybody in line they were waiting for food to cook and that it would be 20 minutes. There was not a single person in the lobby and even with 20 people waiting Taco bell never had that long of a wait.Nobody at the counter, window, or food station that you can see in the drive thru window. Sounds like they just didn't want to serve customers.
