Taco Bell - Menu

I've been to this restaurant several times, and I’ve never felt so rushed while trying to place my order at the drive-thru. If you’re planning to order here, it’s a good idea to either memorize your favorite meal or check the menu online ahead of time.

I had an amazing experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the dining areas were clean and inviting. The food was wonderful! My husband, who usually doesn't enjoy traditional breakfast choices, was pleasantly surprised to find that they served a regular burrito for breakfast.

I have found this Taco Bell to be quite disappointing. My experiences here have been consistently negative, and the only reason I've continued to visit is its proximity to my home. The food is often served cold, my orders are frequently incorrect, and the staff isn't very friendly. After my tenth disappointing visit, I've concluded that the extra drive to a different location is worth it. It's really frustrating. View menu

I've been to over 100 Taco Bell locations in my lifetime, and I can confidently say that this one is the worst I've encountered. There's always an issue whenever I visit. While I will always love Taco Bell, I won't be coming back to this particular spot. In the picture, you can see a dirty sanitation bucket left next to the drink machine. It was there when I got there and was still there by the time I finished my meal.

We decided to try the drive-thru again, but unfortunately, the staff seemed impatient and a bit disoriented. I understand that employees are paid regardless of the number of customers, but that shouldn't justify poor service. When we attempted to reorder, we were told they were out of beans and rice. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant; it was quite a hassle. Save yourself the trouble and go to the location on Bell Road instead.

I ordered from here just an hour ago using DoorDash for pickup. When I received my Nacho Bell Grande, it was just in a box without any seal or sticker. With COVID-19 still a concern, people appreciate having their food sealed to ensure it hasn't been tampered with. Additionally, the beans were old and dry, and the guacamole was so runny it looked like someone had already chewed it and then spat it back out. I had a generally enjoyable experience, although there were a few hiccups. I was directed to a kiosk to place my order, and I didn't mind paying in cash. After submitting my order, I went to the counter where there was no line, but I found myself waiting for several minutes with my money in hand, uncertain if I was in the right place or if everything was proceeding smoothly. Several staff members walked by without acknowledging me or indicating that they would help me shortly. On the bright side, the food was excellent!

The quality of the food was simply unacceptable. I placed a large order through a delivery service, and the entire order was incorrect. Everything was poorly assembled and served cold. One of the tacos contained nothing but diced tomatoes—literally just that. It’s clear that the staff has no consideration for the customers receiving their food. Both the employees and management at this location are a complete disappointment. I strongly advise you to avoid dining here! Do yourself a favor and head to another location just five minutes down the road.

The manager at the Hickory Hallow location was very dismissive and unhelpful during my visit. I was served cold and stale food, and she refused to take any responsibility for it. Instead, she suggested I bring the food back tomorrow since I couldn't return it today, which was incredibly frustrating! Why not just resolve the issue by offering a coupon? This was the second day I tried to dine there; while yesterday's service and food were excellent, today was a complete disappointment. One would think that in the current climate of inflation, when customers have many dining options, managers would be more accommodating to their loyal patrons.
