"I normally have a good experience with my food but today when i decide to get 3 party packs for my family. NOT ONLY WERE ALL THE TACOS THROWN IN A BAG TOGETHER BREAKING OVER HALF OF THE CRUNCHY TACOS!!! BUT THE TACOS BARELY HAD ANYTHING IN THEM THE TACOS WERE BASICALLY JUST THE SHELL WITH A SAMPLE OF MEAT CHEESE AND LETTUCE . THE TACOS WERE SKINNY ENOUGH TO MAKE THE TACOS LOOK EMPTY WHEN OPENING THE TACO THERE WAS LITERALLY NOT EVEN HALF OF THE SHELL FILLED WITH MEAT. I get prices in things are rising but skimping out making these practically empty WAS A COMPLETE RIP OFF"

2nd time I have been here on a Saturday night and they are out of beef and chicken! This is just ridiculous for a Taco Bell. I will not be returning and they need some new management if they continue to run out of meats.

Placed an online order at 6:29 got a confirmation, was told they were under staff...understandable. asked for my order 4 different times and was told at 7:25 they didn't have my order... went to burger King and had my meal at 7:24.

staff is constantly getting orders wrong and when you bring it in to have them fix it they ignore you and then give you the wrong order again and it happens almost every time. When you do an online order and the store is out of something they don't tell you and just throw something random in the bag to replace it.

During this pandemic, I find it challenging to choose takeout over a home-cooked meal when necessary. The burritos are made carelessly and don't include the ingredients they should have. Even the basic crunchy tacos are poorly prepared; they either contain too much lettuce and hardly any meat or the taco shell is already broken. It seems that finding a generation of cooks committed to excellence in service is still quite rare.
