Food was outstanding. Bartender/server was great. Atmosphere was good. I also enjoyed the old school reggaeton being played in the back while they were cooking the food. That?s how you know your food is about to come out tasting amazing.

It was fantastic—delicious food, excellent service, and a diverse menu with plenty of options. We sampled several different dishes and enjoyed every one of them. It seemed like the wait times were longer when the restaurant was busy, but it was definitely worth it.

The food was exquisite, service was fast and concise, and the bustling friendly ambiance made it a pleasant evening. Sadly there are no complementary chips or salsa served and space was a little tight. Overall, it gets the high recommendation with a fat seal of approval. View menu

The decor is lively and very pleasant and creates the right atmosphere for this place, even if a bit too loud at times. The food was good, maybe a bit on the pricier side, but we enjoyed it. We didn't get drinks, but ultimately it's a solid choice for a Mexican restaurant.

Delicious, authentic, and affordable Mexican restaurant in the heart of downtown Portland. Hip atmosphere that is small but welcoming. We spent way less on our tacos, beans, and rice, than we expected because of how good and filling the portions were. Go for a bite or a cool bar.

Delicious food extremely fast service and a super chill vibe. I can recommend the chicken burrito bowl but there's plenty of other options. The guac is also spectacular. I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service from Dan was exceptional; he's an excellent bartender who crafted one of the best whisky sours I've ever tasted. The chips and guacamole were delightful, and the chorizo torta was fantastic! While the drinks are somewhat pricey, they are definitely worth it. If I lived nearby, I would make this my go-to spot. I'll definitely be back in the future!

The ambiance is very cool liked it. Major complaint is no backs on the seats. I have no idea why bars do this. We would have stayed longer and drank way more had it been comfortable. Our server/bartender was good. We must have come in at a busy time cause it took a few walk bys till he finally helped us. House margarita was well made and a favorite of my bf my draft beer could have been colder but i was thirsty so drank it fast so was a mute point. Tacos were very tasty and we had the shrimp and the fried avacado. Also had the mexican street corn which was very good as well. Overall it was a good spot but nothing extraordinary

This place should be on your list if or not you are from portland. Visited this cute place on our weekend trip. Was packed even at 4pm. We got the chips and guacamole that tasted amazing. Perfectly seasoned. The proportion of chips to gauc was off. We had way more chips but I guess you could always order more dips. We ordered the chorizo torta. Flavours were on point. We also ordered the puffy tacos with shrimp and chorizo. Both were mildy flavoured and tasted amazing. The star of the meal were the churros.
