"Visit Date: February 21, 2022 So I wasn't sure I'd see my friend who lives in Brooklyn again so soon but we managed to link up for a day trip hike to Palisades Park in NJ and came here for dinner after. Brooklyn is not all that far from where I live, getting there isn't a big thing, it's parking and having time to be there after I get there since I'm usually driving around and spending more time where I live on Long Island. He suggested this place for dinner and after I finally found a comfortable parking spot we walked over. It's a nice little local spot for sure. It looks like one of those semi-hole in the wall places but the food was definitely good. I got a vegan taco and a vegan tostada but I probably would have been okay with just one choice since my friend's chickens will be eating my leftover tostada. The green sauce they give you at the table is a good sauce. If you're in Brooklyn I'd recommend this place."

The burritos and iced coffee were delicious, the portion sizes were generous, the staff was friendly, and the interior was spacious! View menu

Great staff, excellent food which is made fresh. One of my top spots. They even have a juice bar. If you don't try it your missing out.

Food was terrible. You could tell the chicken was old old because I was barely able to chew it. Felt sick after eating it. The man making the food wasn’t wearing a mask either.

The restaurant did not meet my expectations in terms of appearance. While the waitress was excellent and the tacos were tasty, the overall ambiance of the place was quite unappealing. View menu

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant unless you enjoy bland food. I could hardly taste my burrito. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong and insisted they didn't, and when I tried to explain, they hung up on me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Would it be too much to ask for a little more seasoning?

At first aI really liked this place. Good flautas, fresh chicken etc. But lately they are going down with quality. No salsa verde either in the orders and their hod dog with french fries is french fries mixed with sausage franks.. what the hell is that. Your kid is expecting a hod dog and instead he is getting small franks mixed with ff. NOT OK!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
