"My husband and I had Tacos California on Sleater Kinney Rd in Lacey,Wa. for dinner last night and it was delicious. I ordered the tacos with chicken, rice and beans combo and my husband order 2 side tacos and a steak torta. I loved the fact that it was in a food truck and not a restaurant although it was pouring rain outside. Our food only took about 5-10 mins to make. The food was authentic Mexican food that was so filling. If anyone is in town and wanting a quick bite of Mexican food this place is perfect. After we ordered the line started to get longer. This was about 5:30 to 6pm so if u want to beat the rush of people getting off of work your best bet is to call and order ahead and pick up the food."

Delicious food at great prices. I've had their tacos, burritos, and sopes. We make regular orders from my workplace as so many coworkers all enjoy the food!

Excellent customer service, and they offer catering as well! This is the best taco truck I've ever been to, and I can't wait to book them for a catering event someday! View menu

The asada fries I ordered were made with old fries. It was obvious that they were stale, as they were hard like chips. It feels like they knew they were old but used them anyway.

The food was absolutely delicious! I went there, and my taste buds were thrilled—I forgot what I ordered because it was all so good. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Lacey area!

I was initially a bit skeptical about this place, as it looked like just a food truck you might see at a construction site. However, after trying the deluxe marinated pork fajita burrito, my perspective changed entirely. As Southern California residents, we have high expectations for Mexican cuisine, but we ended up coming back for a second meal during our week-long stay. Although I haven't sampled everything on the menu, that burrito definitely deserves a five-star rating. View menu

I usually order two or three tacos with avocado, while my husband goes for the al pastor burrito. I absolutely love the tacos, although I don't eat the carrots that come on the side—I don't quite get that part. The burrito is massive, and my husband really enjoys it. So far, this is the best California/Mexican food we've found in the area. We also tried Aliberto's, which is basically across the street from the Lacey truck, but their food was just too greasy for our taste. I also appreciate the convenience of mobile ordering! This place is definitely worth a visit!

I usually don’t eat when my family comes to this restaurant, but today I made the mistake of ordering two tacos. There was only one person working the food truck, and I’ve noticed that they struggle to keep staff, which leads me to believe the owner doesn’t care about the customers. I’ve posted both positive and negative reviews before, but I think we really need to hold this place accountable. The prices are unreasonable, and the quality of the food is lacking. I encourage others to check out different taco trucks instead. Gas and food prices are already too high; we shouldn’t settle for this kind of service.
