"The food I had was really tasty, but the service left much to be desired. My husband ordered a burrito that unfortunately made him feel ill; it was unappetizing and greasy. When we brought this issue to our server's attention—who didn’t actually take our order but just handled the payment—she was quite rude and had a poor attitude, showing no willingness to address our concerns. To make matters worse, she was walking around eating a slice of watermelon and serving drinks to another table while still having her mouth full."

"This is a nice Starbucks location with friendly staff. However, one of our two drinks was prepared incorrectly. There was also a mini speaker playing music so loudly that it made it hard to hear the employees. On the positive side, the staff quickly identified the coffee order and handled the situation well."

"I absolutely love Crisp! They offer the best salads and have recently added sandwiches to their menu. My top two favorite salads are the Mexican Street Corn Caesar and the Mexi-Cali. The buffalo chicken salad is also fantastic!"

"I visited for lunch and ordered a Philly cheesesteak and a pulled pork sandwich. We waited 40 minutes for our food to arrive. I specified no mushrooms on the Philly, but it came with them anyway. Unfortunately, the pulled pork sandwich tasted overly processed. On a positive note, the breakfast here is quite good—though it’s hard to go wrong with breakfast. Just be aware that lunchtime can be slow, and make sure to clearly communicate any modifications to your order. "

"Stick to the tacos because they are actually good. However, the taco salad was a major letdown. I don't know how they managed to make ground beef taste so bland. It had this strange, watery flavor that resembled ground beef but missed the mark completely. Everything tasted over-soaked and lacked any real flavor. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. My husband ordered the shrimp wrapped in bacon, which came with about six shrimp and a side of rice, but the plate was mostly filled with lettuce, tomato, onion, and radishes. The shrimp weren't bad—just a bit overcooked—but at $20, they should have included beans. If you enjoy a bizarre mix of salad, go for it; otherwise, stick with the tacos."
