"As locals, we absolutely love this restaurant! The food, service, and atmosphere are outstanding. We're quite particular about our food, especially when it comes to beef, and the prime rib here ranks among the top two in town. For a rib roast to truly shine, it has to be not just prime grade beef but also aged—a practice that's not as common as you might think. This fantastic restaurant achieves that. The prime rib was incredibly tender; the knife just slid through it. The prices are quite reasonable for the quality you receive, and if you're like us and prefer smaller portions, you can easily share one of their generously sized prime ribs or steaks. This is a must-visit dining spot in Las Vegas, whether you're a resident or just passing through. It has a charming old-school vibe, beautifully decorated, with excellent service to match."

"I dined at Hugo's Cellar so you don't have to. Summary: Cons: Grossly Overpriced, Lack Lust Service, Kitschy 70s decor Pros: The Kitschy 70s decor I would say it was a worthwhile experience if it was about 40% cheaper. Anyone looking for a steakhouse experience could get a experience by every conceivable metric at one of the national chains on restaurant row e.g. del friscos, mortons, lawry's, ruth chris, flemings... You can get a MUCH better steak at almost any other steak house and probably for a better price. Also somehow the bread basket was surprising horrible. The highlight of the meal was the tableside bananas foster but that's probably because I'm a sucker for bananas foster. And as for service, you can tell most of the employee's hate their job or just don't care enough because all the guests are tourists who they'll never see again. Oh I doubt management reads these but we did have one latino server, forget his name, he's from cali, but anyway he was nice and he made a wonderful carajillo. Anyway, please take your wife or girlfriend to a nicer newer steak house and if you're out with the boys you'll have a much better meat eating experience almost anywhere else."

"Oscar 's is ONE OF THE VERY BEST steakhouses in the greater Las Vegas area. The Plaza Hotel is not at all luxurious, but Oscar 's has an incredible bar, dining room, view, service, menu, food and history. Every once in a while you can spot the world 's happiest mayor (Oscar who served 3 terms) and his wonderful wife Carolyn (who was elected after Oscar 's terms were up and is about to finish her 3 terms as LV Mayor). Oscar and Carolyn might be the only 2 politicians in the US who have no haters and are well respected by all. They 've both done and continue to do great things for our Valley. We took 2 friends visiting from California to Oscar 's this week and they were both practically drooling as we all enjoyed our evening there. Splurge a bit and you 'll LOVE Oscar 's."

"Chef made it fun. Good Food and it was nice to sit with strangers and make new friends. Most of the people at our Grill/Table were locals from Las Vegas, so it was nice to see that locals enjoyed a local good restaurant. I will go back, but I will budget more time for the dinner as I had tickets to a concert at the same Resort."

"Andiamo did not disappoint. This was our second visit and the entire experience was as awesome as our first. I had Surf and Turf. You could cut the filet with a butter knife. My lobster was sweet and tender. The complimentary angel hair pasta dish is to die for. Their sauce is amazing! My husband had the porterhouse, both sides were equally portioned and it was charred to perfection. The service is impeccable. We had an amazing dessert and food to take home. It was just as good for breakfast as it was for dinner the night before. Yum!"
