"Staff weren't very nice, but not rude. The wait time was abysmally long and when I did get my food, I had gotten the wrong taco. (I had ordered a spicy fried catfish and fried green tomato) Instead of the fired green tomato, I received a Korean taco. Since the wait time was so long I decided to just go with it because I was very hungry and was getting impatient, and I'm happy I did!The tacos were absolutely phenomenal. The catfish was perfectly cooked to the point it felt like I was biting into butter! thats how tender it was! They had the perfect amount of sauce, it was seasoned perfectly, and the tortillas were amazing. The Korean taco's beef was amazing and sweet, topped with fresh jalapeños, it was absolutely perfect! I also really like the tables, they were maps of north Carolina, south Carolina, and part of Virginia. Me and my older sister really enjoyed finding our hometown and some of our favorite spots to visit. It helped a lot with the wait time.Overall, a wonderful restaurant I would recommend to everybody, unless you may be short on time."

if they have not tried the fried green tomato taco or the nashville hot taco, they are omitted and deprive their tastebuds of something really remarkable. View menu

great new foodie spot in elon. the roasted flower taco. seasoned roasted cauliflower with walnuts, crushed cauliflower, pickled gurks, smoked tofu mayo, zilantro on maistortillas.

Absolutely love the fried green tomato taco. I have to say though, I was heartbroken to find out y’all no longer sell fried rice. I miss it so much, and have heard many people say the same.

Got the fried green tomatoes taco and the bahn mi tacos. They were so good. Loved both and would definitely come back to get those.I knocked off one star because I personally love nachos and salsa or gauc. And they did not offer any nachos. They had (loaded) fries instead. I enjoy them — but at a taco spot I really wanted those nachos.

warning: they use the same frit for all objects, as possible cross-contamination with fried objects. they really care about providing options for all and have always vegetarian and vegan specialties tacos on the menu. They can also customize any taco to make it vegan, they are happy to do this! I really enjoyed my meal here. the tacos are very tasty in comparison to other taco restaurants in nc, because they do not drown the taco in oil they can actually try every ingredient used. they taste interesting and fresh. very well made. they always muddled at lunch, come early or late! updated from the previous review on 2017-08-30

"I 've had a couple of issues with this particular location recently. The food has been good but I haven 't appreciated getting a suspicious charge for $43 on my credit card or their not putting everything I paid for in the bag. Last week it was the $43 mystery charge. I went through the drive-thru and bought my daughter a kid 's meal and a sandwich that totaled $11. The next day I looked at my Citi Card transactions online and noticed there were two charges for the day earlier at Chick-fil-a, one for $11 and another for $43, which I immediately disputed. Citi credited my account for the $43 on the spot, no questions asked, which I thought was interesting. Usually, the card providers request details and sometimes even want to talk to you on the phone. This made me wonder if I wasn 't the only one having an issue like this. Interestingly, the $43 charge showed as in restaurant even though I only went through the drive thru that night. Tonight, I returned to this restaurant and ordered the tortilla soup, a sandwich and chicken strips. Neither the requested condiments nor the tortilla chips, which go with the soup, were in the bag. I had to go into the restaurant and stand at the counter for about 2 minutes before the manager finally saw me waving at him. He came over and got me the missing items. No apology or regret, however, for my inconvenience. I guess it 's just acceptable for customers to not get everything they paid for put into the bag. I would encourage everyone to look at their credit card statements carefully."
