"This place lacks consistency with food preparation, meaning that the same plate will vary slightly or a lot. Sometimes it tastes super fresh and delicious whilst on other occasions food seems to be prepared differently. Happened with the tabbouleh, gyros, fries, salads, and bowls. The rice is always under or overcooked I desisted from ordering. We have food intolerances, so we always order the tzatziki or anything with lactose on the side on all orders to avoid confusion and mistakes but even then they make mistakes. When ordering, staff doesn't seem knowledgeable and rarely answer our questions regarding ingredients or menu, especially when ordering by phone. They make us wait, start mumbling, and directly ask for orders ignoring our questions. Please train your staff well, people like consistency, and staff with good professional social skills. "We've never had such a horrible experience here. Ordered 3 mushroom Swiss burgers... all 3 looked pathetic, like they had been under a heating lamp for a week. Barely any mushrooms and the ones on it looked like they were asking to die. No flavor, Luke warm, and dry as a fart. Waiter came by several times, bur because he couldn't get the order right, couldn't get us refills, and there were 4 tables in the whole restaurant so really there was no excuse. 18% gratuity for nasty food and the worst service ever. I won't be returning here. They used to be great. Now they are grrrrrrrrr!!!!! Do NOT recommend"

"The coffee at this restaurant is of excellent quality and their pairings exceed the offerings of your typical coffee shop. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The employees consistently have a negative attitude and fail to even offer a basic greeting when taking orders, yet still expect a tip? They always appear to be in a bad mood. During my last visit, I attempted to do some schoolwork, but was disrupted by loud construction noise. The shop should have closed to prevent such disturbances, especially considering I had already paid $10 for my latte. Improvement is needed. Overall rating: Food (4/5), Service (1/5), Atmosphere (2/5). Price range: $10–20 per person for dining in."

"Used to be Alfonso's Mexican food. The owners have the whole place a makeover, the atmosphere is amazing. It has he feel of a high class restaurant and the food to match. The service was friendly and fast. The food was delicious and they have many options. I would love to come here again. Definitely a perfect place to come eat after mass or a doctors appointment."

"This Chick-fil-A restaurant is run by a great owner/operator. Food is excellent and service is always top-notch at this location. When they first opened a few years ago Joe and his staff awarded our school a small wooden house bookshelf loaded with children's books. We still proudly display this at our school. Staff is always great at this location.
