Excellent tacos! My only regret is that I can't get the chicken tacos anymore, as they were especially juicy and flavorful.

Ridiculously GOOD! If you haven't eaten here before please go and try the number 6, with a side of chips, and hot sauce! We love this place!

Amazing tacos and great service, will advise to arrive before the lunch hour rush if your lunch time is short. The line will be out the door around 12:30pm, but that lets you know how great the food tastes.

They give you good portion sizes for you money, top the tacos with plenty of cabbage cilantro for a perfect meat-veggie ratio! This is our favorite taco shop. My boyfriend loves their super quesadilla with everything.

One of my all time favorite go to's! A simple menu. Most excellent service and family owned. I usually can eat a good sized portion of food, but three of their Tacos is a full meal! Your food is cooked when you order, so it's always hot and fresh. Ask for Oscar when you get there. He will take care of you!!

Absolutely love this place. I've lived in New Mexico, Arizona, Southern California and El Lugar really hits alot of my previous home towns flavor profiles. It's definitely not Tex Mex and more of an authentic Mexican comfort food heaven. Their red and green sauce is yummy and not for sissies but the salsa is more of a mild medium so even the sissies can enjoy.

I'm currently near Tucson, AZ, and I was in search of some authentic Mexican cuisine. Taqueria El Lugar came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint! The tacos were so delicious that my 20-year-old daughter and I ended up going back for a second round after our first order. The staff was friendly, and you could tell they truly care about the food they make. We're definitely planning to return on a weekly basis! View menu
