"I had three chicken tacos and a side of rice. Total came to $17. The tacos were large, had two corn tortillas each, and were overflowing with chicken, onions and cilantro- just the way I like them. The chicken was lacking any kind of spices or flavor, but it was extremely tender. I loaded up on lime juice and both the red and green salsas, but was a little turned off by how bland the chicken was. The rice was the best I’ve had in a long time. Very moist, flavorful, and interspersed with mixed veggies. All in all, I will return and ask for a meat that has been marinated."

This is a cozy hidden gem of a restaurant. It's located just around the corner from us, and every time we visit, we can't help but wonder why we don't come here more often. The tacos and tamales are absolutely delicious! View menu

diamant in the rough. they have a special on tamales where they get three for $5 and they were really delicious. the rest of the menu seemed to be quite cheap for high-quality eating, so it is a good box stop for eating that feels satisfied to eat.

I had been to this restaurant before and tried their pupusas, which were delicious. This time, I ordered the fried dough with pork filling. Unfortunately, when I got home, there was no filling inside, no cheese, no pork. I was very disappointed and will not be returning. View menu

This restaurant is the real deal. I can't praise it enough. The ingredients are fabulous, the portions are hearty, and the recipes remind me of my time in West Central Mexico. Of course, they speak Spanish. The restaurant is small, with only about six tables and seating for maybe twenty people. Half of the building is the kitchen. Most parking spots are located around the back. The wait for food may be a bit longer, but it is definitely worth it. I would go back and eat there any day. I highly recommend this place.
