"I've really tried to give this place a fair shot, but each visit has left me feeling disappointed. I often go there for lunch since it's nearby and convenient during my half-hour break. Unfortunately, on two occasions, my food has been left forgotten at the pickup window. The first time, it sat there for 20 minutes, which gave me only 10 minutes to actually eat it. The second time, it seemed like the staff at the front was more focused on her phone than on serving customers. I finally lost patience and walked up to the window myself, asked the cook if I could take my food, showed him my receipt, bagged it myself, and left. And after all that waiting, the food wasn't even worth it."

Stumbled upon this little gem and boy was I happy I did. I love mexican food and even though my order was wrong bc of the language barrier but even wrong, I can say that this is probably in the top 3 of my favorite Mexican spots. The cashier made a mistake with my order, entered it incorrectly, charged me extra, and then insisted that it was done correctly. Monica does NOT listen! The guy working there hung up on me three times while I tried to explain that my order was wrong, acting as though he couldn't hear me. We ordered the crunchy tacos, a super burrito, and some chips with beans. The beans had a slight sour taste, which wasn’t great. By the time we got home, the crunchy tacos were quite soggy. I’m sure they would be excellent if eaten at the restaurant. My boyfriend preferred the tacos over the burrito, but unfortunately, the chips were stale. We were there when a new batch was brought out, and they still didn’t taste fresh.

The nachos were quite average. The portion size was relatively small, especially considering the $13 price tag after tax. I've been here before and found the food to be better in the past. With just some cheese, chips, salsa, a bit of meat, and canned refried beans, this shouldn’t be so pricey. The chips were also a bit stale, which was disappointing. I also noticed a clump of chips stuck together on my plate. I chose this place because it was closer than my preferred option, but I think I'll return to my usual spots next time. On a positive note, I really enjoyed the grilled onions at the salsa bar—they were fantastic!
