Tasty Pot - Menu

This is our favorite place for hot pot. I prefer it over the one in Elk Grove; for some reason, the broth here is tastier. It was cold and windy outside, and the hot broth really hit the spot.

Great food, great portions, and great service. Can easily share a bowl with another or go solo for a meal that'll last you a good chunk of your day. If you're really hungry, choose the rice over the noodles.

The hot pot soups here are fantastic! They're perfect for when you're feeling under the weather and need a healthy meal. The prices are reasonable too. As for vegetarian options, there are plenty of great choices, particularly with the hot pot soups. View menu

I usually get the No.2 Lamb its always been good. The portion, for me, is big and filling. No.1, 8 11 is also good. If you like seafood, try out No. 12 my mom always get that. If they have the soybean dipping sauce, use it!! It'll look orange ish and thicker than the other two sauces. Its so good with the meat and veggies. Definitely a favorite spot.

I typically love tasty pot. Usually get it to go. Today's order (lunch) seemed to include items that are unfresh. The edges of the cut up napa were greying, interesting scent for the beef balls, and reheated rice. Comparing to the other times I've had the same meal. While still edible and I'd hate to throw away food, I would reconsider ordering in the morning sadly.

We walked in last night to be greeted by the only (and incredibly efficient) staff and he remembered our orders spice levels; down to the detail that I don't do cilantro. We hadn't even sat down yet! I am beyond impressed and somebody please give this man a raise! Suffice it to say, we have been regulars and food service is always on point. I wasn't always a big fan of hot pot, but everything changed when I discovered this place a few years ago. I've tried the Beef, Lamb, Cheesy Milk, Curry, and Thai Flavor hot soups, and each one tastes just as you'd expect. My favorite has to be the Curry Hot Soup. The first time I ordered it, I went for medium spice, and it turned out to be way too spicy for me. Now I stick with mild spice and just add extra spices from the spice rack when I feel like it.

We came here for lunch today as a family about 1230pm. Spent over $65. The environment was great but the parking sucks. The reason for 1 star is because they refused to replace our entire dish. We found nose hair on our food and requested a replacement. All they did was remove the cabbage with the hair and give it back to us 5 min later. Who know what they did to the dish for a $20 dish. We took a picture beforehand so we know if its new dish or not. This is unacceptable. Disgusting. My wife is also pregnant. It will be the last time here. Check your food people!

I've been to Tasty Pot in other locations before but this one was not a particularly pleasant experience. The food itself was fine, but for nearly $20 for a small single serving hotpot, I expect better dine in experience. First of all, the restaurant itself looked run down and the atmosphere was off, was seated near the door and told we couldn't sit other seat because of party size. So was forced to wait for 1.5 hours while heavy wind drafts blew in our face with people coming in and out. Secondly, service was incredibly slow.
