Absolutely delicious chocolate chip cookies! These Tiny Tates are amazing and the perfect size to satisfy any craving. The next time I'm on Long Island, I definitely plan to visit the shop in person, but I'm also happy that I can find them in retail stores like Publix. Can I get some milk to go with that?!?

Excellent experience! The staff were courteous and welcoming. We sampled a variety of goodies including squares, muffins, cupcakes, chocolate croissants, and their renowned cookies. Their coffee drinks were impressive as well. Everything was thoughtfully crafted with a perfect balance of flavors—not too sweet but full of taste! Absolutely worth stopping by!

If I could rate this place zero stars, I definitely would. Their cookies have a horrendous flavor that reminds me of a mix of bitter dirt and cardboard—no exaggeration. Honestly, I'd prefer to eat the saltiest piece of soap over those cookies. I highly recommend avoiding this bakery. Instead, go across the street for much better options. Trust me, if you decide to visit Tate's, you'll be let down.

Although I find it delightful seeing Tate's Cookies for sale seemingly everywhere....There is no substitute for a visit to the place where it started. The fresh breads, muffins, cupcakes and other are worth the trip everytime. Keep an eye on the display behind the counter for special bakes. I've always wanted to visit the famous Tate Bakery since I often buy their products from Whole Foods. My experience there was exceptional. We took some goodies to bring back to Jersey, including key lime cakes, croissants, raspberry cream-filled dark chocolates, chocolate pound cakes, dark almond chocolate bark, cupcakes, and granola bars. Everything was fresh and delicious! The staff was wonderful, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend it!

I plan to treat her to the Golden Fudge Cupcakes. This place serves a delightfully thick, smooth, and creamy dessert made with half-sweet dark cocoa, as I found out from the staff. Their specialty pound cakes are outstanding as well. My favorite is the strawberry, but I also love the blueberry, which is loaded with fresh fruit. The chocolate chip cookie pie is always a crowd-pleaser at parties. Guests really love it, especially when it's warm and paired with vanilla ice cream. It's just as tasty at room temperature!

I would rate this place zero stars if I could. The cookies here are the worst I've ever tasted—or rather, attempted to taste. All I can taste is salt! The last thing I want in a cookie is salt! Cookies should be sweet, not salty. I've tried the chocolate chip, dark chocolate chip, and gingersnap varieties, and they were all excessively salty. This will be the last time I waste my money on cookies that I can't even give away; anyone I’ve offered them to takes one bite and immediately spits them out! Save your money, everyone! View menu
