"After a few years of not going back in, my daughter and I decided to give it another shot tonight. The hostess was very friendly, the waitress was honest and pleasant, but the lack of self awareness by the other staff killed the 3 star vibes I was feeling. The food was okay nothing too exciting, but what stood out the most was towards the end of our meal, we could hear the owner/manager complaining about this and that which really tells me a lot about the integrity of the place. The office was literally 3 feet away from them during the conversation... why not go in there? Also at the end of our meal one of the waitresses started literally vacuuming around us, just a few feet away, while I was rushing to finish my drink and we were packing up. So rude and absolutely obnoxious to not wait for patron 's leave first. I understand they were closing, but they couldn 't wait five minutes? Now I remember why I haven 't been back in years. Overall, the place looks good, the location is a gold mine, but the functionality is cheap. It feels like they 're trying to make a million dollars off of 80 bucks worth of effort. I hope someone experienced buys this place and turns it into the place it could be... Until then, I 'm all set."

The food and service are excellent. There's a fully stocked bar with plenty of choices. Although parking can be difficult, it's definitely worth the effort.

Have somehow never stopped by, and I'm so glad I did! Staff was super friendly and welcoming, service was exceptional, beer was ice cold, and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. We will definitely add this spot to our rotation! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

We tried this place twice since we moved to thw area. We personally have tried to eat throughout the entire menu eventually. The food is good, wait staff is attentive and the old time tavern feel is a nice change in ambiance. We had the ragoon dip, nachos, and egg rolls and loved it.

The burger was fantastic! I can't recall its name, but it had brisket on top, and it was delicious. We also ordered a nacho platter for the table, which was equally tasty. My cousin tried the fish tacos, which were huge and looked really good. The beer was fresh, while the margarita leaned a bit on the sweeter side. Overall, I would definitely return here. Our server was friendly, but one of us ordered a vodka gimlet up with ice on the side, and it was served with a cherry on ice—definitely not how a gimlet should be made. I ordered a BLT, which was decent; it’s hard to go wrong with a BLT. However, the others ordered the Delmonico steak, which was just average, and one party member asked for the pasta primavera, which came swimming in a flavorless, buttery oil. Overall, it was a disappointing dinner for one of us and just mediocre for the others. We decided not to stay for dessert, which is unfortunate because our server and the other diners deserve a better experience.

"It 's not technically a secret menu item, but you need to let them know ahead of time (by at least a few days) if you want to order the Beef Wellington. You might assume that this means it is of a quality that is uniquely exquisite, and I can assure you that this assumption is 100% correct. This dish is literally made in part by a pastry-chef, and the moment you take a bite of the absurdly-delicate shell of I-don 't-even-know-what, you 'll understand why you have to arrange for this sort of treatment: it 's like an opera in your mouth. Underneath that mantle of what I assume is an elevated form of dough reserved for the better seats in heaven, there is a mushroom duxelle that I 'm quite certain would qualify for the dictionary entry if you were to look up the word unctious. Then, the filet. Is there an adequate word in the English language for a perfect medium-rare steak? The best part is that you actually have to be reminded that you 're eating an exquisite piece of beef underneath all of these charms, and it 's only responsible to forewarn you that dipping it in the au jus with which it 's served might just awaken you to a level of luxury you will struggle to equal in other establishments. I won 't even mention how good the wagyu-truffle ravioli was, or how their wedge-salad is served with fully a 3 oz triangle of delicately veined roquefort (bleu cheese) and bacon-bits made of *actual, perfectly cured smoky bits of bacon*. Point being: if you eat meat, this is something you should put on your bucket list. You 're not going to find a better meal anytime soon, after all. 10/10, would recommend."
