Alex from the catering team answered all of my questions, helped determine the right amount of food for our large luncheon, and ensured that everything was delivered promptly — it arrived exactly on time, thanks to Mike and Tory. Their service was incredibly pleasant. I haven't experienced such a high level of service in the food industry in a long time. Our luncheon catered to volunteers and competition judges from across the country. We served baked mostaccioli, fried chicken, beef sandwiches, and salads, and everyone praised how delicious the food was. Many people asked where the food came from. I want to give a special thank you to Alex, who went above and beyond to meet my catering needs. He provided excellent suggestions and even helped me find some gluten-free options. After the delivery, he followed up with a call to make sure everything went well. In my 20 years of ordering pizza from various places, I've never experienced such customer care.
