"Tonight was my first time at Ruth's Chris and, oh my goodness, the food and service were INCREDIBLE. My husband and I got the specials: steak and shrimp for him and steak and lobster for me. The specials include starters and dessert, so we ordered a lobster bisque soup and steakhouse salad for our starters. The bisque was alright but I could taste the white wine a little too much, so I switched with my husband We also ordered a lobster mac n cheese on the side and a Nola Mule to drink. As part of the specials, we received two petite bread pudding desserts and, since it was our anniversary, they gave us an extra dessert. We upgraded the 3rd one to the sinless chocolate cake which was super decadent and delicious! By the end of dinner, both our hearts and tummies were full We can't wait to come for our next anniversary!"

"Overall, pleasant enough, but with a problems. The food was well prepared and tasty, if somewhat uninspired. The ambience, again pleasant, but lacks in character, warmth and personality. It could have been anywhere. But it was quiet, something to be noted. The service had some glaring mistakes. The primary waitperson was friendly and knowledgeable, but had too much to cover, so handed off much of the actual service to someone totally unknowledgeable. We were served soup with no spoons. We received our entries prior to ordering wine. Even though we mentioned up front that we wanted a non-rushed experience, it felt rushed. We know it's not supposed to be a high end, fine dining establishment, but it should be a cut above a national chain experience."

"Took over an hour for our food to arrive of which the majority was cold. Salmon was over cooked. Muscles came out cold. Frustrating experience considering the cost. Nothing like our first experience here which was wonderful. Not sure what happened but no plans to return."

"Dining at this restaurant has always been incredible. The food is so good that I often forget to take a photo before digging in. I highly recommend trying the sae jong dish. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and the overall experience is unforgettable."

"I ordered the Kul Bossam every time, and it is absolutely delicious! It consists of tender boiled pork belly (I believe) that you wrap in blanched cabbage along with radish kimchi and raw oysters. It's a very unique dish, but incredibly tasty, and this restaurant does it perfectly! I highly recommend it!"
