I went to Teaspresso Pearl Highlands on 9/5/2022 and ordered a Jasmine Milk Boba Tea. It was terrible! Tasted like Water with rubbery (stuck-together) Boba! So disappointing!

Good tea (cold hojicha, no boba), but upwards of $5 for a plastic cup of pre-brewed tea seems a bit steep, especially because the location has the ambience of a food court.Plenty of seating, however, on a weekday afternoon.

This small food court has some great places to enjoy everyday but today I just wanted Boba... and damn did they deliver. I am going to say the best Honeydew smoothie with boba I have ever had. It was amazing and not sure why, sugar level was perfect , smoothie thickness was perfect for me (had asked them to make it less frozen) and wow... so so ono. View menu

It’s wonderful to have a gelato shop close by! We usually visit the Kaimuki location, but this time I stopped by searching for boba tea. Although I was tempted by the gelato, I stayed focused on my original plan and ordered a Thai milk tea for $6.04 after tax. It was just what I was hoping for! I definitely recommend checking out the location at Pearl Highlands.

Had the banana chocolate gelato and it was super good! It's sort of a tiny scoop but it was perfect for my son. They have a lot of cool flavors like dragonfruit and ube cookie! We thought the tiny cones you could put as a topping was adorable. They have lily coffee here, too and it's so good! Just wish they wouldn't use plastic lids because it was so hot to drink.

I bought a scoop of ice cream for my son today. The milk cookies flavor was okay, but I don't find it justifiable to pay $6 for a single kids' scoop, which is actually their regular size. I was quite disappointed when the employee handed me the cup; it looked so small that I thought she had made an error. Based on the portion sizes, I can say with certainty that we won't be coming back. View menu

Positively, the service was quick and the cashiers were exceptionally friendly. The gelato display was notably clean and inviting. This restaurant is situated in a food court within the shopping center, providing a range of food choices and ample seating. Although parking can become quite congested, it is accessible, though the parking spots are somewhat snug. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience!

I've come to this establishment quite often but honestly i've never been more disgusted in my life. The other day when I came by, I saw two roaches on the counter. I literally almost threw up and I will not be returning ever. You know what they all say, you see one cockroach, there's probably millions crawling all around there. Absolutely disgusting, especially for a food establishment. Tear the entire place down. Get an exterminator for gods sake.

I haven 't been to this food court in forever. Decided to come here because I knew they offered the dessert. Their ice cream scoop is so tiny, I was actually shocked how small it was. I have an ice cream scooper at home, I thought it all came with one size but nope. So apparently a small size gives you two scoops. Two scoops doesn 't meal two different flavors right. I just wanted one flavor so I asked the lady if I could just have one flavor and she asked me so you only want one scoop? so i got confused because why would I want to pay a whole $6 for a tiny cup just to have one tiny scoop while I could just get the normal two scoops for the one flavor I want.
