"The key to finding good food in Texas is to pay attention to where the lawn and roofing guys go to eat. This place always has laborers in it. If you can chow down on some food and then go work in 107 degree heat wearing long sleeves, you know it's good quality food.Delicious, pricing on point. This is a plastic checkered tablecloth in a strip mall type of joint. Great breakfast tacos. GET THE AL PASTOR.Parking: Lot can get packed at lunchtime"

Terrific. Barbacoa, el pastor and brisket were great. Salsa Roja was really good.

Definitely an out of way place, but great BBQ mixed with home-made Mexican. The brisket burrito was off the charts, sides were great. Overall a 10 out of 10! Well worth visiting again! View menu

They pretty reasonable prices for their tacos, and definitely fills you Up. Unfortunately, the brisket was pretty dry but the green sauce is really good soo it balanced out for me at least

This place is really good, especially with the great pricing. I'm not sure what/how they cook the meat but I can definitely taste a difference with the more bbq flavor over traditional Mexican tasting. We had a quesadilla, burrito and done tacos. No complaints and we'll for sure go again when around the area.

It's a cozy little restaurant without any frills, but the food is really tasty. I always enjoy their two-meat platter. The ribs are good, although I wouldn't go so far as to say they're excellent, and their homemade barbecue sauce is also quite nice. I've heard a lot about their tacos, so I definitely need to try those next time. View menu

This place is a true hole in the wall...one that we will be trying again very soon. Service was great, restaurant was clean, and food was good. The quesadilla was huge and tasty. The chicken taco was just fine...the barbacoa taco was AMAZING! The meat was seasoned nicely and very well cooked. Super tender. Next time I go back I will make sure to try an actual BBQ plate.

The brisket was by far the most incredible piece of meat I've had in the last twenty years, and I used to work for Sonny Bryan's when it was still family-owned! The sides felt homemade rather than coming from a food service company. The jalapeño beans and fried okra were fantastic, and the sauce was equally great. I won't eat any other BBQ in Dallas! Just come here and stop searching!

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
