"Was in here today and used a buy one get one free that said it was for equal or lesser value, it did not specify that it could not be large bowls and yet I was charged 30$ for a large bowl for buy one get one free and given a small bowl for free which is not what I ordered. The cashier then said it's the guidelines of the coupon which is NOT true! nowhere in any of the print did it state you could not get a large bowl free with the purchase of another large bowl. Then was refused a refund along with the cashier refusing to give me the managers number and or corporates number. That is a joke. As a customer service supervisor myself I was shocked and appalled at the fact that they refused to give me those numbers when asked. Do not recommend going here for you or your pocket book."

When I order, stuff is missing, when called to ask, they blamed door dash (I ordered through the website), this happens regularly. It's a waste of money if they're not giving you what you're paying for.

The food is quite good, but I find it a bit overpriced. This restaurant only offers takeout, and they do not have a public restroom. On the bright side, the service was quick, which I appreciated. Overall, I'm giving the food a 4 out of 5.

I've had spicy chicken with noodles at the Summerlin location and it was fresh. I ordered the same in this wigwam location and I am sadly disappointed as it is closer to my new place. The noodles were slimy which means that it was pre-made and it's been sitting in their warm food oven for a while. Slimy noodles are gross .

NEWS FLASH When eating at Teriyaki madness, and you order a steak teriyaki bowl, you must ask for teriyaki sauce or else they won 't give you any. I can 't believe at a place called Teriyaki Madness, with the word Teriyaki in its name in bold red letters outside, with a food item called steak teriyaki bowl, you don 't get any sauce unless requested is what I was told.
