"Was warned by someone who was leaving as we were going in, but it was late, and we were tired and hungry. Decided to order a fried chicken sandwich as I figured it would be something that could not be messed up. Wrong. Looked and tasted like it had been over-microwaved from a frozen state. Awful."

Understaffing seemed to result in poor service (this was a regular theme in Gatlingburg). I think the folks there were trying, but it made me not want to go back.

We stopped by one night for dinner while on vacation and the staff and food were so good, we went back a second night! the staff was very attentive and food came out correctly or was fixed in a timely manner! we chose to sit outside and the atmosphere was great!
