"we called in the morning to make a reservation for 7 o'clock. he was at 7 in the dot and after waiting for about 7 minutes at the entrance because no one was there, the host came out and told us that it was even with reservation a 30 to 45 minutes waiting period. the restaurant was half empty, so that according to my opinion, more personal, especially at weekends, to train with a better service and also, better your host to be more polite, because there are no excuses of any kind for inconvenience. By the way, it was an inconvenient because we had tickets for the movie at 20:30 a.m., so we ended to leave and closed to almost food restaurant, so that we can be back in time for the movie."

THE RESTAURANT WAS NEARLY EMPTY AND YET IT TOOK ABOUT 40 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD TO COME OUT. THE WAITRESS NEVER SEEMED TO BE AROUND, AND WHEN WE FINALLY CAUGHT HER ATTENTION TO ASK WHERE THE FOOD WAS SHE JUST SAID THE KITCHEN IS SLOW TODAY . NO APOLOGY. I absolutely love this place! The food and drinks are fantastic, and the prices are very reasonable. I can't recall the name of our waitress, but she was exceptional! She frequently checked on us and brought new drinks before we finished the ones we had. I'm a big fan of this restaurant, and they are always punctual, which is great since we sometimes need to rush to catch a movie. I will definitely return!

server was nice, but eating lasted over 1 hour to arrive. we were waiting a party from 3rd to 1 hour, my husband came to eat, then my cousin and I had to wait more than 10 additional minutes for our eating. my man ordered slider, who were mostly burned, but since we were starving for so long wait and we were somehow late for a movie we had booked, we ate it and left. Since the last time I've eaten in this restaurant, now I know why.
