"I heard Thai on Main was good so we finally tried it. Some context, I'm used to an east coast style of Asian food, so some of how I feel is skewed to that style. With that said, the rice is a different texture than I'm accustomed, it's moist and has big pieces of onion, green onion and half a tomato. It's sweet, probably because is might be made from coconut milk. I'm used to fried rice that's a little dryer, and has more of an umami flavor, with sprouts, green onion, peas and corn. It's complimented by hot sauce or duck sauce.I'm also accustomed to having fried chicken wings, whole wings, not wing pieces. Also an order of wings will knab you four generous sized, whole wings. I was taken aback by getting only five small wing pieces, and they were a little on the dry side.I was disappointed by the price of the food itself as well. I've had an order of four chicken wings and fried rice well under $10.00, the five wing pieces alone were $10.00. The rice portion is very generous, but I was disappointed by the amount of wings you get.Overall the meal was ok, but not to the extent of giving repeat business. Perhaps if there are some changes in the future I'll consider trying it again, but I'll have to pass for now.Update: For clarification my son and I have similar names so we can be confused for each other. We both had the same meal and we both have written a separate review. There was a speculation that we are the same person, we are not. Good day to you."

The customer service at this restaurant is top-notch. When I realized I had forgotten to order mango sticky rice, they offered to deliver it to my home and I received it just in time for dessert! The food was delicious and the portions were generous. This place will definitely be a regular dining spot for me in the future.

I was very impressed with the quality and portion sizes of the food at this restaurant. Initially, I was frustrated because no one answered when I tried to call and place a to-go order. However, since I was craving Thai food and the restaurant was nearby, I decided to stop in and place an order in person. It ended up being well worth the wait! View menu

Unfortunately, two people in our group got sick after eating at this restaurant. The food tasted good and the Thai coffee was delicious. We ordered chicken wings as an appetizer, but it didn't come out until after we had already paid. When we asked the waitress about it, she said it takes a long time to prepare. Given the high price (over a hundred dollars for three people) and the delay in serving our appetizer, we probably won't be returning to this place.

The owner was quick to address our previous experience, and the staff, including the waiters, were very friendly. I ordered the pad Thai with chicken today and it tasted just as good as I remembered. It had a lot of flavor and a generous portion of chicken. This is definitely one of the best Thai restaurants in Monroe. Another favorite of mine is their panang curry, which comes with rice and is served in a large to-go container. Unlike other places that give smaller portions for the same price, this restaurant gives you a full meal to take home. Overall, I highly recommend paying a visit to this place!

This place is great. Service, and food are awesome!Dear owner. Please do not waste your time on someone like Sun H. This person lives to write unnecessarily, and unwarranted negative reviews to try and bring places down. If the food took one minute too long, it's a one star review. If they had to call a company and wait on hold for a couple minutes because they're busy helping other customers, it's a one star review. If they don't get greeted right away, that means the employee was extremely rude, so it's a one star review. So on and so on. This person is a bully to hard working people and should be reported every time and you should ask to have their reviews removed. Keep up the great work... View menu

We have ordered food from this restaurant a few times in the past and it was always decent. However, tonight's takeout order of crab fried rice (extra spicy), chicken fried rice, and crab rangoons was practically inedible. As soon as we opened the container of crab fried rice at home, we could tell it was overcooked and almost burnt. After trying a few spoonfuls, we decided to throw the rest away. We had noticed a decline in quality during our previous visit, but attributed it to just an off night. Perhaps ordering takeout at 5:30pm on a Friday was a contributing factor. Nevertheless, crab fried rice is usually my go-to Thai dish, and this was hands down the worst I have ever had. It lacked...

This was our third time eating here. We really enjoyed the food and service prior to our last visit. We went early around 3:30-4. All tables were dirty and we had to wait for one to be wiped down, after the waitress tried to seat us at a little table, when six booths were empty, but full of dirty dishes. Sat down and found the seats were soaking wet. The waitress went to ask cook about a dish and took her 10 min to return with answer, but she came back and asked if we wanted that dish. And we said, we don't know, we were waiting for you to return with the answer. She seemed annoyed....Took a looong time to get a Corona and were surprised there was no cold glass or lime as we have had before...

"I don't even know where to start, but let me just say this: when a skilled chef gets their hands on high-quality raw ingredients, magic happens. This was one of those rare occasions where I had to pause after every bite and just admire the expertise that went into creating this symphony of flavors. The Duck Rolls were perfectly seasoned slices of duck breast filled with a mix of cream cheese, diced jalapeno peppers, and wrapped in bacon, then baked until golden brown. Adding yet another layer of flavor, they were drizzled with local honey. Five stars. The homemade biscuits were heavenly – flaky, moist, and delicate, complemented by a variety of jellies and old-fashioned syrup. Five stars again. The Deer Camp Meatloaf was a slice of meatloaf atop mashed potatoes and topped with slow-roasted Brussels sprouts infused with balsamic vinegar. Even though I'm not typically a fan of Brussels sprouts, these were amazing. Another five stars. The catfish and cheese grits were also delicious, though I'm not a grits person – they were the only slight downside to this otherwise fantastic meal. 4.5 stars for that dish. The Fried pork chop and red beans and rice were exceptional, with perfectly cooked red beans and rice and a thin, juicy pork chop with just the right amount of breading. This was easily the best meal I've had in years. Well done, Cotton. The ambiance was classy, with calming tunes, amazing artwork, natural wood floors, and exposed brick walls. The customer service was top-notch as well. This meal ticked all the boxes. If you're ever in the Monroe area, don't miss out on this unforgettable experience. And don't forget dessert – it's truly outstanding!"

"When you come into 2 Dudes, forget everything you know about local BBQ. Podnuh 's... Danken Trail... etc., etc., etc. they got nothing on this place!! It is really is in a league of its own compared to any of the local competition. Here are some things to try out on your visit: Meats (but of course : Check out the Brisket (mouth watering , the Spicy Sausage (OMG , and the Beef Ribs (nom!!! . Both of their house BBQ sauces are fantastic with all the meats. You 'll find them in the tin bucket on each table. As for their other meat selections, I haven 't tried any of them yet, but I suspect they are equally tasty. Sides: The Mac Cheese here will change your life! Trust! Just order it, eat it, and thank me later. Other standouts include the Sidewinder Fries (tender inside and crispy on the outside and the Baked Beans (these are on the sweet side like my mom used to make so if you don 't prefer sweet baked beans, you might pass on these . Salads: Get the Salad with Brisket and Ranch dressing on the side. It really is a mouth watering combo! (Note: You 'll want to use both of the dressing containers the server brings with the salad and add just a little bit of both BBQ sauces . As for the service, it 's really first rate. All of the wait staff are super attentive, knowledgeable, and really nice. The ambiance is equally pleasing, with the interior constructed like a vintage, rustic Beer Hall... but after all, 2 Dudes serves up the brews, too!! Final thoughts: I can 't wait to go back to this place! And if you 're a local and haven 't visited this place yet, shame on you. 2 Dudes BBQ is the real deal and will blow you mind!"
