"We dined in on 5/7/23 at this Carson location. My daughter has been craving the chicken noodles especially since the Culver City location closed for good. So bummed that they suddenly closed! The service was ok. Not the friendliest but good enough. We ordered bbq chicken, ribs, pad thai, chicken noodles, egg rolls and angel wings. The pad thai was soupy but ok. Everything else was good, tasted the same as we remember. The place can use an upgrade. The fish tank looks nasty a d dirty. I asked for lemon in my water and the guy that works there says let me see if we have any and he comes back says no. I'm like no lemon in an Asian restaurant? Hmm, ok. The ambiance is ok, nothing to write about except that it's an old restaurant. The lady actually was trying very hard to be nice and she was nice and accommodating. Our food was brought out pretty fast. The egg rolls were hard so not sure if they were fried fresh but the skin was hard. Overall, bc the Thai bbq restaurant closed near us, this is h the e closest location. Will we be back? Probably as my daughter loves their chicken noodles. Plenty of parking available."

The soup was overly salty, the ribs lacked flavor, the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, and overall, the restaurant was mediocre. I found the prices to be quite high for the quality of the experience.

My favorite dish at this restaurant is the pork broccoli, which is generally very tasty. However, their hours are currently limited, so it's best to call ahead before visiting. It appears they’ve been experiencing staff shortages recently.

Tried calling in an order no answer. Decided to just go and order there. When I get there guy is outside on the phone. I said I tried calling and he says they were busy. When we walk in nobody's inside. Looks at me and says we were busy earlier and I'm like I just called 2 min ago. ‍ I ordered The beef sate S8. Look like the meat shrunk cause they used to sell them bigger. Service is sad. Come see for yourself.

ordered food for many years and it was always very good prepared properly but was very disappointed yesterday. ordered my usual( larb chicken padthai with shrimp. had to explain 3 times that wanted noodles cooked firm had to go back in to ask for the lettuce leaves that go with larb/given some chopped up lettuce then told no lettuce leaves and not served with sliced cucumbers/tomatoes.. no peanuts that go with the padthai ..very very dissappointed and will be looking for other thai places in the area.. This place is ridiculously over priced. Place definitely needs a renovation. With that extra 18% gratuity on a family of four, they should think about hiring someone to clean the walls and fix the bathroom sinks.Food was ok but the utensils did need better cleaning. Paid $90 for two place and soup. Cup of sodas were $4.50 each. They were playing rap music and definitely didn’t go with the environment of the place.Won’t be back. I could’ve have taken my family to Lucille’s for that price and a cleaner place.

I order here regularly but lately the new guy that handles the front has been very condescending and treats his customers like ****. He called me with attitude just because I showed up 30 minutes after I placed my order. He was very annoyed for showing up later for my food? I will definitely travel to another location outside my area now. If you want to be served by this rude individual I would suggest to take your business somewhere else. Very overpriced, might as well take your business to a nice fancy restaurant. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The poor woman was by herself serving and tending everyone she looked disturbed tired rude n overworked. We order Tom yum which we all liked very much…the pad Thai was moderate…the Thai tea was great … the poor server forgot to bring us the sides of chili amd my fathers shrimp fried rice was mediocre n didn’t bring it until the end of our dinner when asked for a white rice that which the yellow chicken curry didn’t include… the rice wasn’t cooked…we told the server… she gave us n upsetting face she took the plate brought it back and the rice was literally the same!overall I and my family personally will not be back View menu

My husband and I visited this establishment tonight in hopes of getting our usual. We were calling since 8:35-8:40 with no answer. We reached the establishment and were told we would not be helped due to they were already closed. They close at 9:30! That is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Makes no sense for all of your signs as well as the website as well as Google maps to say you all close at 9:30 if you’re going to pick and choose what time you close every night. It has been an issue the past few times we have visited. This particular location will not be receiving any of our business ever again. The 3rd st location is better. Far, but worth it. DO NOT visit this Carson location if honorable custom...

Right when I walked in, I noticed several red flags. The dining area was unkempt, unsanitary, and had an unsettling, eerie atmosphere. The customer service was also quite poor. Fortunately, my visit was for a takeout order, so I didn't have to endure dining in that grim environment. However, things took a turn when I got home and unpacked my order. The food was in its usual plastic container, but when I opened the lid to the S-8 Beef Saté, I discovered that the peanut sauce—which I usually enjoy with it—looked like a thick, mucus-like substance. To be blunt, it resembled saliva. I'm not sure if the sauce was expired or if someone had tampered with my order, but I didn't even bother to taste...
