"Stopped here after reading a quick online review and ordered my usual chai latte. Was beyond happy; might be one of the best I e ever had!! No joke and not an exaggeration. The muffins and apple fritters we're good with a nice artsy vibe. The staff were friendly and interact with patrons. Went back everyday of our vacation and our kids loved the smoothies too. Don't miss this gem of a spot."

"DON’T MISS THIS PLACE. We are visiting the island from Indiana and this has been the best place we have been so far. Hands down. We looked over it the first couple days due to the fact that it is in the same strip mall as a gas station, but boy are we mad that we did. Food was amazing! I had the Down South Grilled Cheese and my boyfriend had the Blackened Tuna Avocado Club. Their homemade fries are delicious and I ended up getting multiple drinks out of the 1 mimosa that I ordered Our server was so sweet and did a great job. Highly highly recommend this place. We WILL be back again before we head back to Indiana!"

"First thing first as I’ve read other reviews. Unless you’re a local or ok with bar type place for your kids…prolly not the place for you with your kids. Ok. But as a late night good food. Pretty descent pizza. And reasonably priced drinks. This is the place. No. They don’t have a hostess. Have you ever been to a hole in the wall type place that does? It’s very open air type concept. And people were having a great time. Yes. I agree. The staff definitely drinks a bit. But if you don’t like it. Find another place. Overall I would have given them 6 stars. I knew what I wanted when I came here. And I got it. But this is not a 5 star Resturant. If you’re looking for that. This is not the place. Want a fun atmosphere? Go here."

"My wife and I Decided to take two sons an a wife out to eat. My son who lives in Savannah suggested Salt Island Fish Beer. The appetizers all looked good. The five of us ordered the fried and buffaloed Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts in bacon and onion, mushrooms and something, cheese hush puppies and bbq grilled oysters with tillimock cheese on the half shell. At this point we should have revisited our decisions, but alas, we went forward and ordered. We had five different plates. The crab soup, very (VG) good; Fried oysters, VG; fried Shrimp good, nice and big but a little heavy on the batter; crab poutine VG. What I would skip was some of the sides. I did not care for the fried pickles or the French fries. Others liked them"

"Went to Gerald's Pig and Shrimp on Tybee island last weekend. Very busy. and like resteraunt, short handed. We were told it may be a longer than usual wait but said we could grab a table and the wait person offered us a drink while we waited. Sooner than expected the server took out ordered again apologizing for the wait. much quicker than had expected and done with a great attitude. I had the shrimp and my wife had oysters. Both of them were cooked to perfection! We would recommend Gerald to everyone for friendly service and excellent food. Also very cold beer!"
