"My partner and I absolutely adored this charming restaurant located near Highway 70 in Goodland, Kansas. I had the caramel ice cream and the turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich, which were both incredibly tasty and served hot! My partner enjoyed the Cajun chicken sandwich as well. The French fries were fresh, hot, and delicious—something I always appreciate. The restaurant is housed in a beautifully restored old building, featuring stunning 14-foot high ceilings and large windows overlooking the road. The owner personally served us, and you could tell he puts a lot of love into this place. We can't wait to visit again!"

Now called The Bricks by Maria, this restaurant is a fantastic discovery! You can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at any time of day, which is amazing. The food tastes like a home-cooked meal, leaving you feeling warm and satisfied. I highly recommend you stop by—10 out of 10! You won't regret it!

fabulous! the bricks are away from the beaten, but it is worth finding it. breakfast, lunch and dinner always served. we had an omelette, a French toast, a boil salad and a meat salad. all were excellent! we travel in our residential property and there was a large parking space right next door. we're coming back! Healthier version of greasy spoon breakfast. Owner/operators are wonderful Hispanic immigrants. They need to offer more international fare, they only had pupusas on the menu, which are delicious, but just a beginning. Friendly staff are bilingual.
