This place is a jewel in North St.Paul. It is small, quiet, and familiy owned. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are ALL served all day long!!! The food was excellent, as was the service!!!

One of my favorite local take-out places! The Penne Pasta has a delicious sauce that tastes homemade and fresh. The vegetables on the burgers and elsewhere are also fresh. And the fries are even delicious!

I've loved everything I've sampled from the menu. Each time I visited, I aimed to try something new, but I'm beginning to return to the biscuits with gravy; they're the best I've discovered in the upper Midwest! Newer place, feels like they are still working out some kinks. Food is good, service can be better/faster (only one server and two in the kitchen) especially for a Saturday morning. We had omelets and biscuits and gravy, omelets were good, biscuits and gravy was good but needs more gravy in the plating. Pricing was appropriate if not a little less than expected.

I ordered a take out lunch from The Brothers Bistro. I had the chicken sandwich. Unfortunately the chicken was very dry, tough and flavorless, however the bacon was excellent! My food was done quickly and the staff was very friendly. I also wish when ordering online it specified the sides. I didn't see anywhere to specify, I assumed it came with fries but I got tots. Possibly a smaller portion of chicken would take less time to cook therefore wouldn't be as tough (it was pretty big), and needs seasoning!

Our new go-to breakfast spot! Staff is always friendly, accomodating, the pancakes are delightful, and they know how to make a proper burrito! Great steak! However, when I asked my steak be cooked to a medium-rare, our server stated she'd put it in as rare, because it'd come much more medium had she put medium-rare. I trusted her, and she was right! My steak came out perfect that time, when before I'd order it medium rare, it came out medium. Not sure if that's a thing, or just my experience. This charming little bistro is located very close to the Gateway Trail in North St. Paul, making it easily accessible for cyclists. I can’t believe I had never heard of it before! It’s an unpretentious and ideal breakfast spot that caters to everyone, but especially to bikers. They serve breakfast all day, which is a big plus! The prices are reasonable, and the service is quick. Our cycling group stopped by after a late morning ride on the Gateway, and we were impressed by the excellent service and great value. Although they close at 2 PM, they graciously accommodated us and didn’t rush us out. We will definitely be making this our go-to spot for bike-to-breakfast outings on the Gateway!

We are always on the lookout for a great breakfast spot ... and were a little chagrined to discover this neighborhood gem. It only took us 6 months? The coffee was a surprise. Honestly, we were expecting what we call Lutheran Coffee . See through and weak (typical of Minnesota diners). But the brew here was nice and strong and quite flavorful. The breakfast selection was terrific. We both chose hash dishes Andouille hash and Hash Browns smothered in sausage gravy, cheddar and grilled onions. As soon as we walked in, the staff warmly welcomed us. Our wonderful waitress was attentive and answered all our questions about the menu. I ordered the biscuits and gravy along with a coffee and a single pancake, while my husband opted for the country fried steak, orange juice, and also a single pancake. The coffee was expertly brewed, and the orange juice was refreshingly delicious. The portion sizes were very generous.
