"The server didn't listen to what I ordered, brought me the wrong food, and then argued with me about it. She went so far as the grab a menu as if I was too dumb to know what I ordered. The manager was friendly and helpful, but when I checked my bank statement a few days later they had added a few dollars to the tip. Food was fine. DO NOT EAT HERE. They are disrespectful and will steal money from you"

"Petty! For whatever reason, every time my husband goes into this particular establishment he is made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the manager. We don’t go in for a 3pc meal either, we normally order the family pack. She always leaves something out of the order and yesterday not only did she leave something out, this is what we got as our gravy! If you can’t service your customers with pride and respect, you should not be in the service industry. Get it together!"

"I've been visiting Carl's for decades, traveling about 40 miles just to enjoy a meal there. It truly is a hidden gem in Loudon, offering hot, freshly prepared food. The Chuckwagon sandwich is the best I've ever had, and the Pulled Pork Barbecue Platter is outstanding. Their Banana Split Sundae Cones taste just like homemade ice cream—absolutely the best I've encountered. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable. They keep costs low despite potential credit card fees, and it really shows. The staff is consistently friendly, making for a fantastic experience every time!"

"I would have rated this restaurant one star, but our server tonight, Kyle, was outstanding. However, it's important to note that he is just a high school student working his third shift on his own. Each time I visit, there seems to be a new staff member who has only been there for a week! This inconsistency affects the quality of the sandwiches, and the staff shouldn't bear the blame for it. It's disheartening to see these underpaid, overworked teenagers. If you showed more respect for your employees, perhaps the restaurant would improve! It would also be wise to have at least two staff members on duty at all times, especially on a busy Saturday night, as there were three other families waiting as well. Ugh."
