"Our first time in here, English couple in their 50s. Came in early when the place was nearly empty. Pleasant staff, I ordered a pineapple mojito for the wife. Menu had plenty of choice. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp (SUPERB! and the French Onion Soup (VERY GOOD for starters. We ordered a ribeye and a fillet for main with a side of a loaded potato with mac'n'cheese. The whole meal was awesome. We were not rushed and had time for a second cocktail. The price was about what you expect from a Vegas Casino steakhouse, but the value for money was great as I have had worse meal for more money. We would happily return here and recommend this place highly."

Wow! The steak was incredible! The service was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable given the location, quality, and portion sizes of the meals.

On Sunday at 5:00 PM, we visited the restaurant. The service was quick and friendly. The food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions. It's an upscale steakhouse, and you'll definitely leave satisfied. I highly recommend it! View menu

We had a great time and enjoyed delicious food for my husband’s 54th birthday. Special thanks to Joseph who helped us order the right food and got me a special veggie plate that looked like it came from a garden. All food was very good! Thanks to all.

We had a Christmas Day dinner for four, and it was a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and the food was very good. The Lobster Ravioli pasta was slightly thicker than I typically make, and it didn't have much filling, but the sauce was outstanding. Both Porterhouse steaks were cooked to perfection, just as we requested. The side dishes were delicious and generous enough to share. The shrimp on the Christmas menu was enormous—literally the size of the plate!

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
