"This gonna b a long one I came in for the First time my 16 year old son invited me here for Mother’s Day because he knew I always wanted to come and dine here this was my Mother’s Day gift because we decided to take the path train all the way from Manhattan just for a little travel out of the neighborhood. So to me it was a big deal fine waiter Luis was excellent he did everything correct. I was very excited for the appetizer for the food then cane dessert my kids and I wanted to try cheese cake for the first time I mean we was excited but it was 10:17 pm he told us he can’t it was closing time I understood he told ask the front the to go I went to the front ask 2 young ladies that I understand they was closing I beg them BEG THEM please very polite I was never rude. I even ask I’ll beg the manager when I said that the shorter cashier went to the girl with glasses and said something in Spanish thinking I did not understand my first language I stood quiet then I see a waiter beg them for a cheese cake for a customer she gave it to him I waited 5 minutes more standing there I am standing there waiting for a yes or no they laughing so I said is it a yes or no she look at me and no walk away I said can I speak to a manager she said why is her decision again the younger cashier said something in Spanish said to younger cashier why she still here so that’s when I got upset and said in Spanish let me speak to ur manager they look at me shock the girl with glasses was so rude said oh u speak Spanish I said yes I understand very well what ya was speaking about and laughing. Then she got really nasty with me said she was not gonna sale me nothing to go away and that she and her other cashier could talk when ever they want yes u can but not of ur customers and laugh at them make them wait for a yes or no. If is a no that’s fine it was my fault waiting too long to order cheese cake but to treat a customer like is not good at all the rudeness had my baffle shock surprise to think I waited this day to come to your restaurant I feel discriminated by this 2 rude cashiers thinking I don’t speak Spanish to think I pick this day for my 16 years to pay from his pocket $302.54 and 50.00 tip to dine his mother for her day this was supposed to be special day. I am a General manager in a NYC Bryant restaurant I would fire any of worker’s for this DISGUSTING Behavior customer service is our priority well in my restaurant I see is not in yours the manager came in but I did not feel compassion I felt like I was bothering sorry if I am wrong. this is not a annoying person this is a mom that was excited for her day and her baby boy being a man and taking his mom for the first time and ur 2 closing cashier was nasty and rude.I would never ever come back or eat at cheese cake factory again."

The food was mediocre. I ordered the orange chicken and I wouldn’t recommend it; it tastes just like the frozen orange chicken from Trader Joe’s. The service was decent, although the waiter made a few small mistakes. He might have just been having an off day. On a positive note, the Fried Macaroni and Cheese balls are a must-try. As for accessibility, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.

Was seated immediately but waited about 20 minutes for drinks 30 minutes for bread. Received our drinks the pina colada had 0 alcohol sent it back, asked for a strawberry lemonade 0 flavor. Received out food Alfredo noodles were over cooked and stuck together asked can it be changed and was asked did I want something else instead. Never received a refill on other drinks. Everything was great, HEATING stations without side seating on a chilly day is a nice addition, our server Tracie was great and very attentive, the Gumbo was good my first time having it also. .Parking: Parking is in the lot about 2 blocks away $5.00 for 2 hours, $6.00 for 3 hours, and so on, your plate without the state needed in the text or online, the camera reads your plate, upon exiting, my first time seeing that AI at its finest!!!Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu if you ask for it!!!

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant, despite the wait. We waited 45 minutes for a table for four on a Saturday, which wasn't too bad. The parking lot connects to the nearby shopping center, making it convenient. Our server was attentive, and the food arrived quickly and hot. They have an impressive full bar as well. The quality of the food was great, although the prices can vary. The cheesecake selection is always a highlight. I would definitely return, but I recommend making a reservation since they're quite rare; it would greatly benefit the restaurant.
