"I was very disappointment we had made reservations several weeks prior and was told I would have seating together, I ended up getting a corner where nothing was set up until I arrived. The manager only apologized as it was over booked. Part of group was sitting on sofa and small tables. The service to my guest, as my guest mention were disappointed for the service they received. This was celebration and ended up half my guest seating far away from me. No one attempted to assist or accommodate us in any way. I asked several time to make sure and people who were finishing had move from the table to allow other to be seated and order the food. Make you quadruple check that your reservation are set as initially promised. Also they needed more host to help serve. I was disappointed but tried to make the most of it."

The waitress wasn't friendly. I had told her it was my brothers birthday. Usually places will sing a song, make the birthday person feel special, or acknowledge there is a special occasion. She did none of that. The lounge was nice because it wasn't noisy. The food was good for the most part. The waitress didn't give us our food correctly and the birthday person got there food last....not a great experience. View menu

I’m not going to lie, the games and activities were really fun. However, in the gift shop, someone’s baby had a blowout and there was literal fecal matter on the floor. When we brought it to the attention of a manager, they claimed that it was “slime”. My friend’s shoes were pretty much ruined, and the best they could do was add money onto our arcade card. They did not even evacuate the area while they cleaned and disinfected. This is a place that sells food! I hate to leave a review like this but it is a literal biohazard and a real health issue.

First and foremost I wanna say this place has great mini golf and facilities. However the service here is always super rude doesn 't matter who you talk to.My wife ordered a cocktail the menu said $12. She gave her $13 with tip. Bartender laughed and said it 's going to be way more than that .My wife 's foreign so I asked how much and that the menu said $12. She said it was over $16 and that she makes her living off tips and tips included in their prices. But she was so rude about it.I told her I didn 't need the attitude and just was surprised it was four more dollars than the menu stated. She calmed down once I said that but it just so off-putting.Then we get mini golf and the girl their is...

"Even though this restaurant is an hour away from our home, it 's been our special occasion go to restaurant for years. We 've brought our parents here and purchased gift cards for our friends. I love the selection of creative vegan entrees, relaxed art house atmosphere, and live music. We 've always received friendly service and enjoyed our food in the past. This evening, for the first time in my life (at any restaurant), I sent back an entree. I was nearly in tears because I feel so guilty about wasting food. The replacement dish I received was even worse--what was advertised as pad thai turned out to be mushy noodles drenched in what tasted like rice vinegar, hastily topped with carrots and green beans. My husband tasted it and his face said it all. His words were borderline inedible. We were disappointed with the food, but we understand that on a busy Saturday night, mishaps with food can occur. Between us we have 30 years ' experience working in restaurants and have been confronted with many situations like this ourselves. What happened next turned our disappointment to anger: a manager came to our table with check in hand, apologized coldly, and seemed to think that comping the two meals I couldn 't eat had been a magnanimous gesture. She did offer us dessert, which I guess was a nice thought but not a substitution for dinner. I 'm giving a second star because my husband said his short ribs were very good, as was the appetizer. All said, we 're out $70 and I still haven 't had dinner. Side note: we advise purchasing bottled options if you 're a beer drinker. My husband is a professional brewer by trade and every draft beer from here has been flat and displayed off flavors. He knows what these beers are supposed to taste like, and it seems to be an issue with the draft system. Also, our entrees appeared about 5 minutes after we ordered them, which doesn 't seem like enough time for making things to order. Since writing this, it 's come to our attention that these changes are likely due to new ownership of the restaurant. The lack of hospitality combined with the lower quality food is sure to alienate their most loyal patrons, including us."
