"I was very disappointment we had made reservations several weeks prior and was told I would have seating together, I ended up getting a corner where nothing was set up until I arrived. The manager only apologized as it was over booked. Part of group was sitting on sofa and small tables. The service to my guest, as my guest mention were disappointed for the service they received. This was celebration and ended up half my guest seating far away from me. No one attempted to assist or accommodate us in any way. I asked several time to make sure and people who were finishing had move from the table to allow other to be seated and order the food. Make you quadruple check that your reservation are set as initially promised. Also they needed more host to help serve. I was disappointed but tried to make the most of it."

The waitress wasn't friendly. I had told her it was my brothers birthday. Usually places will sing a song, make the birthday person feel special, or acknowledge there is a special occasion. She did none of that. The lounge was nice because it wasn't noisy. The food was good for the most part. I’m not going to lie, the games and activities were really fun. However, in the gift shop, someone’s baby had a blowout and there was literal fecal matter on the floor. When we brought it to the attention of a manager, they claimed that it was “slime”. My friend’s shoes were pretty much ruined, and the best they could do was add money onto our arcade card. They did not even evacuate the area while they cleaned and disinfected. This is a place that sells food! I hate to leave a review like this but it is a literal biohazard and a real health issue.

First and foremost I wanna say this place has great mini golf and facilities.However the service here is always super rude doesn 't matter who you talk to.My wife ordered a cocktail the menu said $12. She gave her $13 with tip. Bartender laughed and said it 's going to be way more than that .My wife 's foreign so I asked how much and that the menu said $12. She said it was over $16 and that she makes her living off tips and tips included in their prices. But she was so rude about it.I told her I didn 't need the attitude and just was surprised it was four more dollars than the menu stated.
