"Always delightful! The food is always excellent and the atmosphere relaxing The owners are always there to greet you And the servers are work hard to make it an enjoyable experience. The building has a history dating from the early 1900’s With all that you are here for the food and it never disappoints. We’ve tried the steaks, chicken fried chicken, salmon and other entrees The starters like lobster bisque, tempura asparagus, scallops and others are tasty and could be a meal itself We’ve tried a dessert or two even though we were stuffed Another tip is to stop by the bar It’s a large plush homey place to eat or just enjoy one of their creative cocktails If whisky is your thing, this is your place, lord knows how many selections they have…a whole wall full So a great place to eat and relax You can tell I’m a big fan will come back any time I am in East Texas"

Food and service are exceptional! Only small complaint was the food portions were small for the price tag especially the Chilean Sea Bass, if we hadn't added scallops and shrimp, it would not have been enough food. They have a great wine selection and desserts are fabulous as well! View menu

This steakhouse was great AND in such a small town with lots of history! We enjoyed, the staff, the atmosphere, the cocktails and the food! The smoked old fashioned was awesome! The filet and pork chop were great as well as the fried asparagus andtruffle fries. The owner and GM were super nice along with their staff. Very attentive! We will be back soon!

Wonderful upscale place for a special occasion. Staff and service was FANTASTIC! The quality, preparation, and execution of the food we had was top notch. The Ambience and feel of the place were unique and we enjoyed it. Good selection of drinks Overall this place was excellent and we will definitely come back! Sides tasted excellent. Cool patio area -Seasoning of the food was a little bland. It really sucks b/c the steak was cooked perfectly. -A little on the pricey side, but for a special occasion, I see no issue.
