"I visited the restaurant on a Tuesday afternoon around 6 PM, and there were hardly any customers—only one person ahead of us in line. The cashier who took our order was extremely friendly and accommodating, taking the time to explain the various seasoning options. We opted for the mild garlic butter with a hint of Old Bay. They keep the crab legs frozen behind the counter and weighed them for us. We also ordered a pound of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, along with large broccoli and sausage. Our meal took about 30 minutes to prepare, and when we finally opened our platter, everything looked mouthwatering! The seasoning was spot on, and I had some fantastic moments with the crab legs—the shells came off effortlessly! This is one of our favorite places to enjoy seafood, and we will certainly be back. The restaurant was clean, and the service was outstanding!"

"Made a pick up order with a friend, asked to get a little of their lemon pepper on the side because my friend is allergic and we can’t put it all over the food .. and they said no, then pulled the chain of the lemon pepper out of reach while making comments we couldn’t hear. Didn’t get the name of the man but that was completely unreasonable regarding the allergy. And we asked if they had packets to go. The man was rude and that whole encounter was unreasonable Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Sat in the drive thru for about 30mins after putting in my order. There was a bit of a line so I figured they were low on staff. I finally get to the window and had to to repeat my order to confirm, weird but fine. I pay, and they ask me to pull up and they’ll bring the food out to me. So that means for whatever reason, my food wasn’t cooking when I ordered. Ok well I’ll wait, I just paid after all. I sat there for about 15-20 more minutes and watch 4 cars behind me receive their food and leave without issue. Fed up, I parked and went inside where there STILL was no food. I had to hang them my receipt and wait for another 5-10 minutes before FINALLY GETTING MY FOOD. Zero excuses, this store sucks. Not to mention, that kitchen is disgusting, the ceiling is falling down. Just awful"

"it would really be in fletcher's best interest to set their to-go option (at least on this location). at my last places that try to go to eat, I had to wait for an hour for my order. Recently I have placed a to-go order online, an hour after the placement arrived (my original estimated time was postponed) at the arrival were either too busy or could not be harassed to help because it took 15 minutes to even be recognized. my order was finally sent to the kitchen and added 20 minutes to my waiting period. eating is good here, so the 1 star, but the staff is not careful, worried or coordinated enough to dull in and go to vacancies."

"Don't waste your time waiting in the long lines for the spicy chicken! I've had it three times and it was consistently great each time. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. This is my honest opinion. I have lived near this place for many years but never tried it until 2022, and I've been back three times already. The prices are reasonable and the food has a delicious taste for a neighborhood spot."
