"What a gem the Callaway Tavern is. Convenient location just around the corner from Mentel Memorial course, perfect spot for meeting up with golfers for post-round grub. Dark and old school atmosphere. Surprised the Callaway Tavern didn’t sport golf-themed decorations, but that’s neither here nor there. Service was on point, impressed by the staff’s attentiveness. Wings are the star of the show. At the price point of around $1 each, these MEATY wings can’t be beat. Breading is heavier than average, but chicken stays juicy. Variety of sauces to indulge in. Other reviews highlight the pizza which I’ll be back to try. Bad Callaway/Galloway jokes aside, this place rocks and you need to go."
