"The chicken was really good and tasty and I 've been coming to this place before the pandemic started. The waitress which looks like a ajumma, was not that polite and legit said to us, This is a restaurant, you 're supposed to leave a tip. And that 's really random and disrespectful to tell a customer that because it is up to the customer if we wanted to tip. I tipped her whatever I had but only because the waitress made me feel so pressured to do so. I have never had that experience with the waiter when I have came before the pandemic started. We sat at one of the table and the waitress got mad at us for not telling her if we wanted to eat here or for to go and as a customer, that 's not our job. Made me and my friend feel so hostile and was pushy, felt as we were at fault. I was very polite. Food was tasty but customer service made me feel uncomfortable and unsure to come again."

Food was great! But the server is not paying attention, not wearing a mask during pandemic.

Really delicious boneless chicken! Had the original and garlic boneless, as well as the super fried chicken. All three were BUSSIN. Would highly recommend the chicken here, you won't regret it! View menu

The fried chicken was excellent! We also tried the cheese fondue for an extra cheesy experience. The garlic butter fries perfectly complemented our meal. Everything was simply delicious. I will definitely return and recommend this place to my friends. I had such a great time!

I’ve been going to this place for a while and it’s honestly a bit of a lesser known gem for me. The crunch in the chicken is what separates this place from other fried chicken places and the location and price is pretty great too. I’m glad they survived through the pandemic and hope that they keep going.

When I visited yesterday, I was very disappointed with what I received for my money; I still left feeling hungry. This is disheartening because this has always been one of my favorite spots, and I even go out of my way, traveling from San Diego just to eat here. I feel somewhat taken advantage of, but I did enjoy what little food I received. I guess we'll see how it goes next time. View menu

My favorite Korean chicken spot. I got the hot and spicy on two different occasions and wow, so mouthwatering and delicious. It wasn't super spicy, a good amount. The rice cakes they put with the chicken are always so good too. I've also tried their corn cheese, cheese fondue, and garlic fries all of which are pretty underwhelming and nothing special. But their chicken was so tasty! It's in a nice little plaza too with lots of other things to do.

What stands out is how they prepare their dine-in and take-out meals differently; the take-out is never soggy by the time I get home, and I suspect they use a little less sauce to achieve that. Despite this, it's always perfectly crunchy and tender. If you're new to this place, I suggest ordering half portions to sample a variety of dishes. Many businesses have struggled over the past year and a half, but I’ve enjoyed the same fantastic chicken here for over 8 years. The prices are reasonable and haven’t changed, the chicken is outstanding, and dining in is just as great as taking out. I highly recommend eating here. That's all there is to it!
