"If you have had The Halal Guys in Manhattan, you know how good it can get. The Gyro Shop gets it almost there if not all the way! Their rice is perfect, the white sauce is awesome and creamy, the chicken and lamb are full of flavor, and portions are great! Their lamb sandwich is also great!!! The fries and sides are ok, but i would stick to the basics! You won’t go wrong with these guys!"

Me and my boyfriend come here at least once a month bc their plates are just so good. Today specifically, I think the man making our food could tell we were sharing one plate so he really piled it on and we appreciated it so much! Portions are always great for the price, one of the best halal places.

I've only lived in Plano for a few months, but this is the only spot I'll miss when I leave. The combo platter is my go to. It's over a pound of veggies, rice, chicken and lamb smothered in a garlicky white sauce. If you like spice, make sure you get some red sauce too. But be warned: it's got a real kick

Great Mediterranean food... similar to Halal guys but with more options. I love that I can get my platter with feta cheese! Their servings are very generous! Their hot sauce is no joke! Best GYRO shop in town! The food tastes fresh every time I go there. The chicken sandwich is my favorite, but my friends get lamb over rice and love it, too. The fresh juices are amazing too. No one will be disappointed with trying this place, and once you do, you'll be hooked on going back every day for a week straight, or maybe even longer.

The takeout box was divided into sections, which seemed unnecessary since the food didn't require that separation. It made it quite inconvenient to eat, as I couldn't mix anything together. If you're dining at home, you might prefer to transfer everything to a bowl. They do have a few tables for dining in, and the place is clean, but overall, I think I’ll pass on returning.
