"Normally I come to this place and have a good experience, but today I will never go back. I came in and ordered shrimp fried rice as I always do, and the Lady have the audacity to put fried shrimp pieces in the rice close the box up and give it to me. When I got home I noticed that the order was not right I immediately went back up to the restaurant. Upon arriving at the restaurant I was told that that is how they always make the order and that I would not be getting my money back. After explaining to the lady that I frequently visit the location and this was not how it was made in the past she told me I was lying and that this is how it’s always made. She did not want to remake the food and it first she told me she would give me half of my money back and I can keep the food. After I proceeded to tell her that I did not want the food because that’s not how it supposed to be cooked she points to the sign that says no refunds after orders have been placed. But as I explain to her the order was messed up by their employee so that should be a reason to fix it. She still refused and told me not to come back there. After sitting and going back-and-forth with the lady she finally agreed to give me $10 of my money back and asked me not to come back again. I have never been so insulted and I will never ever go back."

loves the fried garnels. fried okra rocks. they even define the garnels before the roast. service is always friendly and prompt. eating is made to order in the rule. not sitting under a heat lamp all day.

They took too long and they weren't even busy. Every time I go to this place it's empty. I wonder why??? The chicken is average and they put more seasoning on the fries than the chicken. Tenders tasted like fish. View menu

I guess every business is trying to make it, but 3 chicken tenders and fries for $10.00 the tenders was just slightly bigger than a chicken nugget, when the lady handed me the bag it looked like a single candy bar that I had purchased from a corner store or something, the food is ok, nothing to brag about, but I should have went a little deeper and went to the chicken house..

My name is Albert, and I visit this restaurant every week. As an African American, I was disappointed with how a young man at the counter was treated. He was only trying to ensure that the food was organized, but he was overlooked. Despite this incident, the service here is excellent, and the food is always fresh and hot. I hope they continue their good work. I regret that this situation occurred today, on May 14th, 2022, at 2:10 PM.
