"The fried pickles and fries were enjoyable, but the pizza was disappointing. It was overly greasy and piled high with cheese, making it impossible to pick up. The crust was incredibly thin and doughy; it essentially disintegrated into the cheese when we tried to grab a slice. We didn’t even finish a single slice, yet the server took it away without any questions and still charged us for it. In hindsight, we should have spoken up before paying, but we were already frustrated after waiting so long for our first pizza to be burnt. Additionally, they started closing down around 7:30, even though their hours stated they close at 9, which made us feel rushed. When we got home, it sank in that we had spent over $50 on two appetizers because the pizza was inedible. On a positive note, our server was friendly and attentive; they kept us informed about the burnt pizza, and the appetizers were good, so we didn’t mind the wait. However, we were surprised that they didn’t inquire about the uneaten pizza and still charged us for it."

The food and pizza are so good. And The customer services is outstanding. Thanks to the waiter.

Food bad. The place was dirty with flies. Only had water bottles, they use city water. Table clothes were messy and torn. Very small, awkward, not a pleasant place to eat.

The food here is quite good. Just a heads up: Google claims they offer delivery, but that's not the case. To my knowledge, none of Helen's restaurants provide delivery service, even if it's a pizza place. View menu

In the city center, so it’s convenient to walk from your hotel. It’s mediocre pizza though. Ingredients don’t taste fresh. Almost like it’s from a can or frozen pizza that has been heated up. It’s about $7.50 a slice.

This pizza is absolutely delicious. The crust is lightbuttery and tasty. The sauce is delicious the garlic knots. Very tasty beautifully dusted with garlic definitely will order again. And the delivery girl was an absolute sweetheart.

Had the best experience!! Staff was friendly and the food was delicious ! We had the 12” bbq chicken pizza and every bite was amazing! And the cheesy bread was made to perfection! It’s family run and the owner was so nice ! Thank you for a great experience we will definitely be back :

I'd give 0 stars if possible.Service-terrible. Why? Well, we got none because we went there as hours state on Wednesday they are open til 10pm. We got there at 8:45. ClosedFood- how should I know? They have hours posted open til 10pm. We drove 35 minutes to get there because it was Open. I guess they can't spell Closed or maybe someone can't tell time!
