The Kickin' Crab - Menu

The staff was polite, but the food seemed cone from frozen bags. The popcorn shrimp tasted off.

I won't be returning to this restaurant. The food wasn't fresh and lacked flavor. I also ended up with an upset stomach after dining there.

Absolutely delicious food. Clam chowder was unexpectedly the food highlight for me—totally didn't expect it to be THAT good (i finished almost 4 bowls). However, the service was even better!

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of visiting: this place is officially closed. We arrived right at 3 PM and waited, but nobody came to open the door. I eventually walked up to the entrance and noticed their sign indicating that this location has closed down.

Ordered take out. Only got 2 bags of crab. Picked it up ourselves and ate it right when we got home. It was waaaay overdone to the point the consistency was like baby food, so mushy....crab is not supposed to be cooked this way! . So gross!! I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. There was no manager available to assist, and the staff was unprofessional. As we were leaving, I overheard them making rude comments about us. The girls on the team were disrespectful, though one guy was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I can only give this place 1 star because that was my only option. I definitely won't be returning.

This place gave my husband and I food poisoning on 5/31/22. The calamari was like an old dried up rubber band. Fish/shrimp tacos tasted off. The waitress asked how the food was and when we answered honestly that it wasn 't very good she said we 're not really known for our appetizers . Ended up being incredibly sick ALL night into the next day. I 've never had food poisoning like this before. The next day I called and asked to speak to a manager who returned my call at 10pm and told me that he doesn 't think the food could 've made me sick because no other customers had complained. Suggested we probably just have a flu that 's going around . Ridiculous.

If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I come to this location multiple times a month. Today we ordered the number 2 special with Dungeness crab, shrimp and crawfish. When we started digging into the crab it was incredibly dry and was sticking to the shell and even tasted off. I ended up speaking to the waitress who was very helpful and let her know what was going on. All I asked was to be refunded for the crab and I would Gladly pay for the rest of what we ate. She mentioned the manager was not in but she could send him a text with our name and number and he could get back to us.
