"The room itself was pleasant; however, the bathroom felt cramped. The sink was uncomfortably close to the tub, and unfortunately, I found a large water bug in the tub! To make matters worse, the stopper broke, but I called maintenance, and the technician was quick to resolve the issue and was very courteous. I did notice several grasshoppers around the hotel, particularly in the lobby and some of our conference rooms. My suggestion would be to conduct a thorough pest control treatment, as it’s not something you would expect at a nice hotel. As for nearby activities, there’s a lot to explore in the area, from clubs and bars to museums and cultural markets. In terms of walkability, there are several restaurants within walking distance. Just across the street is a plaza with a variety of dining options and a convenience store."

I made a reservation for Christmas Day brunch through OpenTable, only to discover that the restaurant was closed for renovations.

Words can't capture how much I adore Sunset Lounge. While its exterior may not give away the enchanting atmosphere within, once you step inside, you won't be disappointed...

I visited this restaurant two years ago for my birthday. At the time, it was crowded with people I wasn’t particularly fond of. That experience didn't leave a great impression on me. However, I returned last night and... View menu

This meal was with an important business vendor. The food was very overpriced was just okay. Appetizer was fried tomatoes, the batter on the outside was too think to enjoy the tomato on the inside. My coworker ordered the tortellini for $18 he only got 3! On top of that the taste was very bland. I ordered the crab cake sandwich it was probably the best meal at our table. It was very delicious. Overall my experience with The Kitchen Table was sub-par. I would not bring another vendor to this location.

The menu was very limited, so I recommend eating beforehand. The food was disappointing and of low quality; in fact, the bar in the lobby, called Flash, offered better food than this full-service restaurant. The service was also lacking. We asked other staff members for drinks or assistance, but they insisted on fetching our waiter, even though they had water bottles in their hands. The atmosphere felt outdated, reminiscent of the 1980s, with scratched tables and ceiling lights that were covered in algae. Need I say more?

the individual people who worked in this hotel restaurant were good enough, and eating was not terrible, but the organization was terrible. I had to ask a passer server to lead my card because my card had disappeared (it took about 10 minutes between the check and me to ignite someone to lead my card, and during the whole meal I had zero refilling on coffee, water or juice.) a friend of mine who ate the next day in the restaurant, has completely composed slow his meal because the service was so slow. if they have to visit this restaurant, I would encourage them to use the buffet; expects a server to visit their table more than once like a fantasy! The hotel itself was excellent. I didn't have much interaction with the staff, but when I did, everything was satisfactory. I was there for work, and I found the convention center area to be quite nice, along with the rooms and restaurants. The only real downside was the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. While this isn't the hotel's fault and the entrance is well-maintained, a few of us walked to the subway restaurant located behind the hotel and noticed that we could have easily purchased any type of drugs we wanted. It's not the safest area. Hopefully, the city will address this issue in the future. Given that it's close to the train and tram stops, I suppose I shouldn't be too surprised...

The individual staff members at this hotel restaurant were quite pleasant, and the food was passable, but the overall organization left much to be desired. I had to ask a wandering server to retrieve my card for me because it had gone missing—this took about 10 minutes from when I finished my meal until someone finally came to assist. Throughout the entire meal, I received no refills on coffee, water, or juice. A friend of mine who dined there the following day had a similarly frustrating experience, as his meals were completely delayed due to the slow service. If you must eat at this restaurant, I would recommend opting for the buffet; expecting a server to check on your table more than onc...

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
