"We had an amazing early Sunday dinner at The Lake House. The staff were great from the moment we walked in. We were greeted right away and got a table with a lake view. Cole was our server and bartender! He makes a great old fashioned BTW. I had the tri tip sandwich (Cole's recommendation) and it was so good. My wife had the caesar salad with salmon and she loved it. Our other two companions had the Bouy Burger and they were very happy! We also tried the walleye bites and the corn fritters apps so good! The lake house is like a cool vacation spot you look over the lake and it just feels special. Great local spot that you need to try."

Great location with views of the lake. Nice vibe. Our waitress was wonderful. We had buoy burger, pesto pasta, fish and chips, walleye poppers, and salad with chicken. Sit outside if you can, the patio is lovely. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

The fish and fries with hushpuppies looked delish,but not much flavor. The beer batter on the fish wasn't light it was very bready. I will go back when we can sit outside and try something different on the menu. The waitress and hostess were very nice and service overall was good.

Weather was the only uncooperative aspect of our visit. One of our party has celiac disease and the waitress and cook were very helpful in offering suggestions for lunch. Walleye bites and homemade chips were delicious. Burger was really greasy. Would we go back? Most likely for cocktails and appetizers. View menu

Everything here is small except for the price. I feel like a giant holding a small glass of water and eating the pea sized walleye bites $12 for like 7 pieces). I heard the twin fillet was really good, but the water had more flavor. All in all it was good going here so I know to never go again. The fries were really good tho. The food was absolutely delicious! I had the salmon, while one person enjoyed the perch and two others had walleye. Everyone raved about their choices! The shrimp cocktail was fantastic as well; we even ordered two to share. The service was excellent and very friendly. The noise level was a bit high at times, making it difficult to hear each other. I can't wait to experience the outdoor seating in the summer!
