The food was fantastic! There’s a salad bar available for a one-time fee. I ordered the grilled shrimp, which was perfectly spiced—very flavorful without being overpowering. My husband chose one of the steak cuts, and we dined with friends who also opted for steak. Everyone agreed that the food was outstanding! I was pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem in Walker County. I ordered the filet, and my husband had a ribeye and fried shrimp. Both steaks were seasoned well and cooked exactly as ordered. The shrimp was delicious and not overcooked. The salad bar was stocked with fresh ingredients. Our waitress was friendly and observant of any potential needs we might have.Thoroughly enjoyed our meal we'll return soon!

I placed my order at 6:30 PM, but they were out of fillets. I opted for a ribeye instead, which was decent. When I visited the salad bar, they were out of lettuce as well. I also ordered half a smoked chicken, which turned out to be overcooked. Our server seemed more focused on the other tables than ours; she only checked on us once after our food arrived. I intended to order dessert, but she brought the check before we had the chance to do so. I really want to support small businesses, but it's frustrating to drive 45 minutes and spend $75 only to have this kind of experience.
