"Read the reviews and thought it was worth a chance. The service was great. And it’s a cool place. We orders pickle fries as an appetizer and they had potential to be really good, but we’re soggy. The dipping sauce they were served with was excellent, but the batter on the pickles was bland and the texture thru us off. Ordered pick 2 brisket and pulled pork with green beans and potato salad; 734 smash burger with potato salad; and kids cheeseburger with Mac and cheese.The potato salad was so delicious, it was fresh and had a smoky but subtle flavor. The Mac and cheese was good. The brisket was a bit tough to be honest and the pork was seasoned but it was bland. The green beans could be so much better, throw some smokehouse stuff to make them work. The smash burger was big. It had a lot of flavors, but overall was a let down. I could see how some people would love it. But we personally didn’t. I would try again and ordered different stuff with the exception of the potato salad, I would order that again, and come back for that alone, it was a hit."

"I received the incorrect order and called to notify the restaurant. Despite the computer and front desk having my original order, they were able to rectify the situation. The manager was very courteous and accommodating, and prepared a new, delicious sandwich for me. I am a fan of this restaurant, as their subs taste fresher compared to other locations, and the establishment is consistently clean."

"I found a fantastic little restaurant with an extensive menu. I ordered a club sandwich and fries, and it was absolutely perfect! The price was great, the taste was excellent, and everything was served fresh, hot, and quickly. While the menu offers a wide variety of options, I opted for something simple. The server was friendly and provided wonderful service. I will definitely make a point to stop by the next time I'm in that area!"

"This restaurant has been a staple since my childhood, a true hole-in-the-wall, which is why I gave it four stars for ambiance. The prices remain as reasonable as I remember, and the food is undeniably the best Chinese-American fare in the United States. I say this with experience from dining along both coasts. The crab rangoon is a delightful indulgence, and I often find myself ordering the sweet and sour chicken—usually eating the chicken on its own, as it's far superior to what you’ll find elsewhere. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos tonight because I devoured every last bite of my meal and then slipped into a blissful food coma. If you're in search of consistently excellent food, don’t overlook China King on Telegraph. I'm not sure if they're affiliated with other locations, but the original one on Telegraph and Alexis is the real deal."
