"My wife had previously ordered from this restaurant and had a great experience, so we decided to try it for lunch today, and it was fantastic! They have a promotional offer where you can get one specialty roll and the second one at half price. Additionally, if you spend $50, you get to spin a prize wheel. This promotion drew us in, but the delicious food will surely bring us back. Although I’m not a big sushi fan, the bento box was a generous portion and really filled me up. My wife ordered two specialty rolls and won a hand roll, plus some gyoza and a beer. It was a wonderful way to kick off the weekend. I give it a solid 5 stars and will definitely return, bringing friends with me next time. You should give this place a try; it's really worth it!"

On a recent girls' trip, we visited this restaurant and tried the California rolls and a crunchy roll. The food was amazing, and the tea was wonderful! The customer service was outstanding as well!

Rolls are average but spending the wheel when you spend over $50 to win a free dish adds to the fun. The chirashi bowl here is my go to dish. In terms of Quality quantity for the price, it's hard to beat! The sashimi is fresh, ample amount of Uni that's fresh, and each piece is thick and meaty.

The customer service was ok. I waited lil bit which was ok i wasn't in rush. Overall quality was ok and Everything was tasty. I didnt like handrolls because it has too much rice in it. I prefer to taste the fish not rice specially that i ordered with soy paper! The oyster shooter was fresh the only complaint was the little shell attached to the oyster. View menu

Absolutely amazing! I was excited to try their Old Boys special roll and baked salmon roll, and they did not disappoint. The flavors were a delightful burst of goodness. I particularly enjoyed the balance of tastes, especially the jalapeño and fresh toro in the Old Boy roll. Overall, it's a fantastic local gem that offers great value. I can't wait to return for more!

Wow. Was just in the area, and wow.First of all: nicest guys in the world.I asked for veg sushi, plus inari (veg , asparagus, avocado, greens carrots and bean curd wrappers? All I know was the gestalt looked great and tasted even better , veg miso soup and salad, veg seaweed salad.Blown away on all counts. Was bracing for a higher bill but was reasonable and delicious. I can't speak to the fishes (int. but veggie dishes were deliciousIf you're anywhere near Fullerton? I pity the fool who won't eat at The Old BoysSuch a perfect meal

"I have eaten here many times over the years. It has always been decent good quality food. Not any more. This last time will absolutely be our last. The spicy tuna in my handroll and 2 of the sushi rolls we ordered was so extremely salty that it made itentirely inedible. I had used the soy packets they included and first thought those were the culprit so I threw that sauce outand used a low sodium one we have in the fridge. Same problem. Just taking a bite of the spicy tuna alone was proof that it wasthe culprit. It was not the spice that was the issue, the tuna was not really very spicy. It was just plain extreme saltinessthat made your entire mouth salty for an hour afterwards. It's like it was caustic. It was completely inedible. The sashimi andthe other roll which did not contain the spicy tuna were fine. I have eaten california rolls from 7 11 before. I have hadeverything from grocery store sushi to fancy restaurants costing hundreds of dollars. I have never before had any sushi thattasted so bad I refused to eat it. This was hands down the worst sushi I have ever tasted. We ordered through DoorDash, but Icalled them up to see if they wanted to make it right before just getting a refund of the order through DoorDash. Nope. They didnot care one bit. They even hung up on me. If that's how they treat you after having the nerve to try and serve food like this, they will never get another dime from me."
