"I had the worst service I've ever experienced at this restaurant! I placed an order through HungryPanda at noon. When I went to pick it up later, I found out that the restaurant wasn't even open and wasn't accepting any orders. They informed me that they couldn't cancel my order on their end, so I reached out to HungryPanda's customer service but received no response. Eventually, the app indicated that my order was ready for pickup. It was now 6 PM, so I went back to the restaurant, hoping to finally enjoy my dinner. When I arrived, they said they were still working on my order and it would be ready in 10 minutes. However, after waiting those 10 minutes, they told me that my order was still not prepared. Eventually, they admitted that they couldn’t find my order at all! To top it off, I still haven't received a refund!"

I ordered lunch before 12:00 PM, but by 1:00 PM, I still hadn't received my order. Terrible experience—try to avoid this place if you can.

Wasn't fantastic. Decent amount of seafood was given but almost no cabbage. We got medium spicy but there was no base flavor, it just tasted like water and hot sauce was mixed together.

When I asked them if they had AYCE on weekdays they said yes (I asked three different people because it didn’t seem like they spoke english) but when I got the bill it was all a la carte…

The food is average but definitely overpriced. Additionally, the restaurant mandates a minimum tip of 18%, and the staff keeps a close eye on you while you pay. It's an unwelcoming and uncomfortable experience for what you get. View menu

They never accept delivery orders through apps without any explanation, so what's the point of even being listed there if they disregard all online orders? I'm thoroughly disappointed and would give zero stars if that were an option.

I would give a 0 star if google had it. No server at all. People in back kitchen rushing in n out to be both cook and server. What’s more, they force you to give at least over 18% tip after tax. You have no other choice but give tip to non-exist server. Worst experience ever have.

The taste of this restaurant is fairly good, it’s pretty similar to my hometown style. BUT, I don’t recommend this place since they don’t value the time. Every pick-up order you will need to wait over 30 mins even after the app tells you it’s ready, that happens to me every time. Poor management I guess. View menu

At the moment, my favorites are the scallion marinated beef cold dish (葱拌牛肉), which is very authentic, the stewed beef brisket with radish (萝卜炖牛腩), which is tender and flavorful, and the green pepper stew chicken, which used to be my favorite but has lost some appeal, though it's still decent. The marinated egg has changed too—it now tastes more like a plain boiled egg. The vegetable side is always cabbage.

We were on our way to another restaurant when we stumbled upon this one. As hot pot enthusiasts, we can confidently say that this is one of the best we've ever tried. The portions were generous, the staff was friendly, and the broth was absolutely incredible. We opted for their house broth, trying both the regular and the spicy. Just a heads up, the spicy version is quite intense, so I would recommend going for the medium spice instead.

"I love Vibez! Def good vibes too,and always nice to support a local minority owned business. And even though I have a blender and juicer, I visit frequently (it's literally a block away so I pass it all the time). A lot of great juice/smoothie options and a lot of choices for making your own. I'm not vegan/veg so I was never inclined to try the food out but wow when I had the lentil patty I was blown away, much better than a traditional beef patty, the crust is super flaky and the lentils are perfectly seasoned. I'd say definitely a go-to of mine, and can't wait to try other food items there. I hate to leave off with something negative, but there is an employee there that sometimes takes a really long time to complete an order, I'd call in a for pickup and often times would be waiting 15-20 minutes for my drink to be ready. And another time I ordered a drink with mint and it was extract instead of fresh mint, which I had no idea otherwise I wouldn't have ordered with it. When I took a sip it was super overwhelming and honestly bad tasting. I asked if she could make the drink again (well more so pleased because she wasn't with it at first), but I think she just poured out half and added more apple juice because I could still taste it. I didn't want to push the inside, but I think fresh mint should be an option since extract can over power other flavors and leave a bad after taste. With that being said, I will still frequent Vibez and it's a great option to have in the heights."
