"This restaurant is the benchmark for all other pizza places in my opinion. I've yet to find anywhere that piles on the toppings like they do, while still avoiding a soggy crust. I first discovered the Salt Lake location over 30 years ago when I lived there, and I was thrilled when they opened a place in Ogden. While the first Ogden location didn’t have the same atmosphere, the newer spot has much more character. It’s one of the few restaurants where all my picky kids can find something they agree on."

As always, the food was incredible! The pizza was fantastic, and while the cheesy breadsticks were delicious, they could have had a bit more cheese.

Waited 2 and a half hours after being told an hour and a halfleft without food and they said I'd get a refund but it never came. Would go 0 stars if possible View menu

This restaurant claimed to have jazz games, so I called ahead to confirm. Unfortunately, they lied to us just to get us to come in, and we were quite disappointed. However, I do love the food—especially the pies, which are delicious!

So much sadness, one of my favorite spots but after this visit, I just can’t…Missed on all accounts. We ate in, manager was stand-offish from ordering, felt unwelcome. Pizza took over an hour to be ready. Toppings ordered not on pizza. Spicy “atomic” crust that we signed a waiver for was either not given or ghost peppers are not spicy, super sad experience.

"Laan Thai provides a truly authentic Thai ambience, complemented by exquisite decorations and warm, inviting lighting. Each table is graced with a small light, setting a pleasant, cozy tone for the evening. However, the restaurant's temperature settings might need a reconsideration, particularly during the frosty Logan January, as the chilly environment left something to be desired in terms of comfort. The wait staff at Laan Thai are undoubtedly warm and welcoming, providing a friendly face upon entry. Nevertheless, the restaurant seems to be grappling with staffing adequacy, leading to prolonged wait times for service. Additionally, while the effort is appreciated, language barriers somewhat hindered the effective communication of menu details and recommendations.Food:Satay The satay chicken impresses with its rich flavors and a delightful sweet and sour peanut sauce accompaniment. However, the dish falls short of perfection due to the over-dried nature of the chicken, detracting from the overall experience.Pad Thai with A standout dish at Laan Thai, the Pad Thai with Pork captivates with its chewy, well-seasoned rice noodles. The dish is a near-perfect rendition of this classic, with the only slight disappointment being the dryness of the pork.Roasted Duck This dish is a visual treat, beautifully presented with vibrant curry and fresh vegetables. However, similar to the other meat dishes, the duck's dryness prevents this curry from reaching its full potential. In conclusion, while Laan Thai excels in creating a genuine Thai atmosphere and offers some delectable choices, there's room for improvement in both service efficiency and consistency in the preparation of their meat dishes."
