"I travel through Bedias about once every three months on my way between Katy and Dallas, and I always try to stop at the Pit Stop Cafe for breakfast or lunch if I have the time. I've been coming here for around five years, and I've never had a bad meal or service. Their coffee is always hot and abundant, and the food arrives promptly and fresh. The menu is fairly standard with affordable prices. When I stop in for breakfast, they prepare an unbeatable veggie scramble on their flattop grill. For lunch, they grill up a chicken breast and chop it into the scramble. The owner and the woman at the counter are extremely friendly. While this place is definitely a favorite among locals, they make everyone feel welcome. If you're searching for a high-end restaurant with Instagram-worthy food presentation, this isn’t the spot for you. But if you’re looking for delicious food, excellent service, and warm, friendly people, you can't go wrong with the Pit Stop Cafe. I highly recommend it!"

New location off the path, but worth the find! Amazing service, atmosphere and wonderful food! A Lot cooler and more roomy too.

Everything is fantastic! Be sure to try the onion rings—they're a must! The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They also offer takeout orders.

Place is small and very hot at 12pm, takes forever for a burger and fries!! Staff cuss and have random people in and out of the kitchen!! Kitchen could be cleaner. locals are nice but some people cant wait 45 min for food!!! View menu

I’ve been coming here every two to three months for over two years now, and the staff remembers me. The coffee is consistently good, and the food is excellent. If you’re looking for a Starbucks-like atmosphere, you won’t find it here. However, if you’re searching for a taste of traditional America, this is the place to be.

Absolutely the best! This hidden gem is a bit off the beaten path. We tried the biscuit stack made with fresh, homemade biscuits and the pancake breakfast, which comes with two enormous pancakes. The service here is friendly, the portions are generous, and the food tastes like home-cooked goodness. It's definitely worth the trip!

The new location might be missing a proper vent hood, but it appears to be clean overall, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I tried their hamburger along with hand-cut fries. Both were tasty, although the fries could have been a bit crispier. Be prepared for a slight wait, as everything is made fresh to order, which meant it took about 15 minutes for our burgers to arrive. View menu

Great service friendly folks. Just moved to the area and will be coming back. This is where you come for friendly service big portions and home cooking'. No frills. Almost passed it driving by so watch for it. The inside is decorated real cute and country. Loved visiting with the staff and patrons. We got the biscuit stack and large breakfast. These types of family country breakfast places are hard to find now days.

The breakfast here is fantastic! I discovered this spot by chance and was thoroughly impressed. The service is friendly and attentive, giving it a charming small-town atmosphere where they recognize you by name. The prices are great, and the portion sizes are generous! I highly recommend trying The Stacked Breakfast, which includes biscuits with gravy, two eggs, bacon, and hash browns. Though it may look a bit unassuming from the outside, this place is truly a hidden gem.
