"Second time dining in The Port of Peri Peri. While I've ordered the same dish twice (Chicken Rice Bowl), I decided to up my game to the hottest spice offered.Did not disappoint! Both times the chicken is tender and not over cooked and the sauce very tasty. Add in their creamy garlic sauce (especially on the rice) and you have yourself a great tasting lunch.So I was warned when ordering the hottest sauce and it definitely has a kick! But flavorful kick! About halfway through I started to perspire and get a runny nose... but it's not an unbearable spice (no waivers to be signed). For about $15, you get four decent sized chicken tenders over a bowl of rice... and of course your sauce of choice.This is just down the road from the office and can see myself going here frequently. While the food is fantastic, there isn't a whole lot of atomosphere when dining in. A tv on the wall, some history and details about Peri Peri etc. It's a small, clean, place and the appeal wouldn't be the atmosphere but a pleasant place to plop down and eat.Definitely worth a try!"

Got down?For three times now Very bad customer service food quality; barely any sauce on whole chicken.After ordering online, they text me food is ready but my order was not even cooked, had to explain three different employees, showed my order text, finally got my food after 45 mins

The food is excessively overpriced for a restaurant that feels like a spicier version of Boston Market. I was charged $31 for two dark chicken quarters, a small order of fries, and rice. The server forgot to include the rice, and I initially thought I wasn’t charged for it since it was missing from my receipt at the restaurant. It wasn't until I checked the receipt again at home that I noticed a $4.50 charge for the rice, which was mostly smudged off the receipt. While the food was tasty, I would recommend skipping this restaurant unless the prices were about half of what I paid for a meal for one. Did I mention that this place is extremely overpriced?
